I am a long term holder and was bullish-however-why now-with apparent price enhancing news due in next few days. If news positive could have raised at near double (or more)-so is this an indication that news will not be so positive.

Nothing to do other that wait-and hope!

There had to be a placing. They raised £200k less fee. They had to pay the 2 "key'' players off. How long did people think that this £200k would last? Some people have made money-in at 6p out at 20p-no doubt a lot of short term traders who have timed it wrong have now become long term investors!

However in the long term-which for these boys-longer than the next few days, it is the fundamental which will drive the share price. Hopefully with the change of management a serious appraisal will be made of of each of the assets and communicated to us that remain. It is clear that this is not £2m market cap company-it will be worth either nothing or a serious multiple of where it is now.

WFC. The big issue is the appointment of Dr Dilly followed by honest prospect appraisal followed by believable business and financial plans. If they look anything like achievable then share price will take care of itself-if this, or something similar, does not happen then we are all doomed, apart from the broker with tasty spreads.

This strategy depends on there being enough bigger mugs. As far as I can see this may be risky if they continue with X an Y. Interesting times.

But I am not buying-and who else going to do so-unless there is some underlying value. These are not stupid people-they will have done their due diligence.

Peterhouse look like a respectable house and the proposed director has an interesting CV. They are not going to chuck £200k in to the bin just to pay the o/s salaries of X and Y and other o/s creditors and then shut up shop. They must have done some due diligence and seen some potential upside. Part of the due diligence would have been to assess the current management-they will be aware of the current s/h dis-content, the reasons why and the upcoming vote to kick them out. They will own over 30% with probably much more to come .

This is a better outcome than seemed likely a few days ago. Maybe-just maybe-they will see through X and Y-appoint Dilly-get good readings on the products-raise some more money-develop further-and sell out to a Pharma for many pence a share down the line.

Re SL100. Don't rise to it-it's want he/she wants. Clearly is connected to Valirx-just insults or puts down people who have twigged him/her.

There is no point in responding to this poster. It feels like he/she is associated in some way with Valirx. Of course AIM is risky-what we do expect is a minimum standard of ethical behaviour-which has not been forthcoming-in spades. The best hope is Dr Dilly-otherwise this going down-either now-or when the cash raise runs out.

We do not have the time to advertise , interview, decide who would be best, offer etc etc. M/s Dilly is actually Dr Dilly, if you did not know this you should have done-and if you did why not acknowledge her professional status.

We have been told we are deluded and being insane. We have been told that we should give weight to argument because somebody has a track record as an Accountant-despite his track record of investment in Summit and this stock.

I do understand and have said that to some extent each individual's own perspective will depend to some extent on how much stock they own and how much they paid for it.

The main argument is that the company is foundering on the rocks because of the abilities of the 2 'key people' and that an immediate change at the top is the only chance of some salvation. Dr Dilly with her experience in this organisation appears to be available.

From my LTH perspective I have written off my investment (the sunk cost argument) the little I have left I am prepared to lose rather than support a working capital raise which will disappear very quickly-on what we are not told.

I can quite understand that those who have bought millions for next to nothing recently either on an average down or as their only investment may vote differently to myself although I don't think they are giving sufficient weight to the 'this management is pathetic and we are doomed if we continue with them' argument.

These people are not going to change. If they thought this was going places they could have bought a shed load of shares cheaply-they have not. They could have issued an RNS giving us more clarity about immediate prospects-they have not. Raising a very hundred £000's is not going to cut it. The strong suspicion is that this will pay them for a few months.

If the Accountant with 50 years under his belt is looking for an investment while keeping his feet on the ground-suggest looking at LGEN div 11.25% 1.75 times covered, SP 1.56 down from 3.247-maybe not sound enough for him!
