My belief (hope maybe) is that positive outcomes at the FDA will lead to financial support-via fund raising, sale of rights etc. This is a big pot hole (NoLupus). But this is a pharma start up-and adequate finance is always a risk.

Let's take on board your concern about TMC. I have 500,000 shares at 10p average. 0f which 400,000 I have bought in the last few weeks. I have shared the pain of the highs and lows. However, I am not sure that I am in it for the long run. A range of 30p to 50p is I judge to be very achievable if all 3 bets are in play and there is some movement on rest of the world rights etc. I think I might well pocket getting on for 200k profit and leave others to dream of the sunlit uplands of 2 to 3 £'s per share.

He has pointed some inflection points which may occur in the near future and postulated what this might mean in terms of share price. What's wrong with that on a bulletin board. For what's it's worth my 'judgement' is that 10p is an under statement.

There are about 330m shares in issue-if these warrants are all taken at 5p then dilution is about 20% Some of us have taken insurance by loading up at less than 3p.

This is what Avion said about their submission to the FDA. There seems to be some degree of confidence that they have taken on board the guidance from the FDA in framing this latest submission and that they will get the go ahead. Of course there will be potholes in the road (Nolupus) but at least the journey will probably re-commence.

Loads: You are quite correct about US rights. The agreement allows for $25m towards developments associated with the FDA, up to $70m milestone receipts and double digit royalties up to 17% on US sales. Rest of the World rights belong to IMM.

There is also an application to the FDA for application to treat CIDP. Which was not around last time.

There is also a 1 year agreement with Orano to explore possibility of some cure for cancer. Which was not around last time.

Clearly all of this is high risk. Also, clearly, if any of the above come off the share will be much higher than 3p. This type of share is not for the faint-hearted-only invest with money one can afford to lose.

In the meantime as a LTH I am pleased with outlook. These types of share are not for the fainthearted.

Some time ago posters were concerned about the 2 top execs in Valirx . They got organised and effectively voted them out. If shareholders are seriously concerned about the veracity and/or competence of members of the Board mechanisms exist to get rid of them.

Personally I am pleased with the current outlook-I have 500,000 at an average of 10p. These companies are not for the faint-hearted and are a 'gamble'-but if people think they are being taken for a ride stop moaning and do something about it.

Cauldwell-Happy for Loads and others to deramp and/or play their trading games. Allows us to accumulate at rockbottom prices-I have purchased 400k shares at average of less than 3p. This provides some insurance against dilution. If one of the Phase2/3 trials commence then share price will be a significant multiple of where it is now-if both then reward could be excellent. Liked your analysis-based on fact.
