I agree longtime - the fundamentals here should be pretty robust even in a correction given the focus on medical disposables and new covid testing contract/s. Another thing to consider is that if a fall in the s&p coincides with a steep increase/reversion in the real corporate bond yield - and we have seen some of this already - the deficit is likely to fall in tandem, leaving more of the enterprise value for us shareholders. I’ve been a holder since 6p and sitting on my hands. Atb

That is one of the interesting things about Carclo. They have substantial manufacturing presence in all the key markets - US, U.K. , China, India, Mainland Europe. They can design and build manufacturing cells in one country and have the experience to transfer production globally.

Iamluving it - scrambler is making the comparison. I am simply correcting his/her assertion that the market cap here is half that of seres prior to their ph3 result. Seres was fully funded, and 4D will have a much higher share count by the time it is fully funded. ATB

Tried to sell some of this in the last hour before close yesterday and was limited online to 100k - or around £1000 worth. The liquidity craps out just when you need it. Looks like Tesla finished around 9% up from the close in London which means this will likely get smashed on Monday. Doing my best to stay dignified about it, but this product may well turn out to be a crock of ****. ATB

You stated that seres had twice our market cap prior to their ph3. That is misleading people. Please stop. Seres was fully funded at the time. If/when we are fully funded, the 4D market cap will be much higher because the share count will rise considerably. I would guess at least as high as the Seres one prior to ph3 because we also have warrants and loac dilution to consider. This is not to debunk 4D - I own it - but to ensure people make informed decisions about how much they want to risk.

Seres also had $100m on the balance sheet. By the time 4D has $100m on the balance sheet the market cap here will have been diluted to the same level Seres was.

Needs some decent newsflow to drive volumes and interest. This is basically the biggest and most relevant covid and medical disposables play that no one has ever heard of! :)

Steel. It shouldn’t come as a great surprise to see debt rising a bit to end March 2021 as they make the tooling investments. After that, we should see free cash flow being generated at an increasing clip. On the other side, I would expect to see the pension deficit falling to reflect the recovery in corporate bond rates.

Remember a key thing with CAR is there has been little material dilution for many years. This means that the wonderful long term bowl forming on the chart meaningfully reflects where CAR could head in a reversion scenario. GLA

They sold 1.4% of their holding.

AA corporate bond yield now 1.81% vs 1.48% last time we saw the pension deficit calculation. That’s one big part of the picture that’s moving in the right direction :)

Also - post the success of the Oxford jab and consequent rapid rollout - the U.K. has the objective status of being a world leader in this field. It would entirely remiss not to give our companies specialising in this field every opportunity to leapfrog on that status. I suspect good news is coming here :)
