I don’t think it’s entirely fair to say MSC bought Leandra just for the future trials. They needed two ships and by good fortune Leandra was available. She will continue working for MSC regardless of whether a trial happens or not. There is no extra cost to MSC in purchasing this vessel. Is it good they have her? Absolutely, but it doesn’t hold up to scrutiny that her purchase is a measure of their commitment to QED. It just isn’t imo for the reason above. They won’t lose out if it, it costs them nothing over and above what they paid for her and the Bremerhaven, bought at the same time during a period of rapid expansion in their fleet numbers. These two vessels were part of a bigger boost to ship numbers post Covid.

Biomsar is a development which may save this company and give it a future it wouldn’t otherwise have. Ask the many long term holders who attend AGM regularly about how often they pitched the environmental side of QFI as it was? Urging the company to go down this route as a USP.

They weren’t interested, and ploughed on down their own furrow. It’s only very recently QED have changed the branding from a money saving product to an environmentally beneficial product, years too late but still welcome.

The people in charge do matter. Jason is an expert in emulsion technology and project development. Is he an excellent CEO? Results are usually how CEO’s are judged, and to date I’d say he’s on shaky ground.

Well, I agree there’s probably never been a time when we’re closer to commercial income. However, for me, I have to face the fact it’s the same people in charge issuing ridiculous timelines, not one of which has ever been met. They can’t be that unlucky to have got them all wrong, so what’s going on? We can choose to accept their routine excuses of “conservative industry” or “we can’t control our clients” etc, both of which are true, but to always be on the wrong side certainly tells me there are issues in how they choose to inform shareholders and the quality of that info.

Seems obvious to me anyway. It’s AIM and all about maintaining a reality, or illusion, that things are happening or on the cusp. I will believe it when it happens, QED don’t deserve any better than that due to the above imo.

As I said before, huge potential, can they deliver? I don’t know, but hope to god they do!

I’m afraid you judge others by your own very low standards Brian/Stock Cheque/etc. it’s a simple case of people remembering what you are and how you operate. Doesn’t take multiple logins to do that.

It’s always had amazing potential but consistently failed to deliver, a pattern that appears to be repeating itself with MSC. The day that changes the SP will respond accordingly. If on the other hand, trading is your forte, then QED is far from being a stinker which is why it gets the attention of stink cheque and others including 46G and many more.

Delivery on Morocco and MSC changes the narrative.
