Ruck, shares on Nasdaq are sold in pairs, so $3.98 is for 2.

Small trades are a mystery but been happening for months, largely ignored here now.

I agree with you Stims. Is it possible that AccuStem will not even reach listing stage? That’s a genuine question for someone more clued up than me. After record date (30th Oct) there will be up to a 2 month delay before AccuStem shares can be traded. It’s will however be all nicely packaged up with a big bow on the top ready to be paid for and taken away?

With regards TILS, unfortunately the longevity of this will be out with our control also, however every is for sale at the right price.

One of the most telling points from yesterday’s interview, was when Gabe was asked a simple question about Big Pharma. He’s smiled, but his immediate, and only response was “ I can’t comment on M & A”.
That, imo, was not what the interviewer was asking about. I think he was referring to the 5 NDA’s and not specifically about M & A’s.

Both TILS and AccuStem could be gone by Christmas imo.

Incredibly that Private Investors can still (after last 2 RNS’s) buy at a 25% discount to recent £2 fund raise.

Totally agree Y-Alam. For me this will be well past £3 by Record date and will be back to £3+, without StemPrintER, by year end.
No point trying to trade it imo, because it’s currently behaving nothing like a normal share. By the time you’ve worked out what the game is here, they’ll have changed the rules again.
US finished pretty much flat, so for me, the tide is turning and we are regaining control.
Buy and hold. Real market forces will come in to play soon.

Only thing I can think of now, is the US is being dragged down to allow Shorts to close.

It’s certainly a conundrum, but there will come a point, and I think we are more or less at it around the the 150p mark, where UK investors see the value and will not allow the Nasdaq to continually drag us down.

Let’s see where Nasdaq finishes, but at some point soon, real supply and real demand will have to dictate the price, whichever side of the pond you are on.

A slightly frustrating day for some here, but you must remember this SP has taken a real battering over the past 4 weeks.
Many people significantly under water having bought on the way up first time, others on the way down thinking they were in for a quick profit from 180p, 170p, 160p, 150p, then the continued slide to 120p. Some of those people will be happy to get out at b/e having over leveraged. Couple that with traders in at 120p to 140p who are not interested in StemPrintER or, in fact, Tiziana, who are away with 15-20% in a few days, and a 10p/7% increase isn’t bad.

This isn’t too bad a recovery imo and as long as the US doesn’t do anything too silly, I think we’ll continue upwards tomorrow. Resistance at 160p and 170p then it’s back to £2 in short order.

Patience guys. It’s coming. GL

P.s. the Free Float is smaller today than it was yesterday.

I expect anything around 150p will be taken this side of the pond from now on, so hopefully that’s the new floor.

This BoD are too smart, and there’s too much going within Tiziana for them to sit back and watch as the SP drop back on a sell off.

Cloudy/BM3, I’m sure Gabe said in this mornings interview that “animal trials are happening now” for TLZS 501, so again, this phase looks fast tracked and well ahead of the previously stated Q2 2021.

As per this mornings podcast, TZLS-501 is currently having to go through animal testing (as per FDA protocols) prior to human trials. Do we know how long this trial takes (how long did Foralumab take) and once “cleared” would/could this be added to The trial announced this morning for Foralumab? They are both COVID related and both nebuliser.

I’m thinking of time lines here as TZLS-501 could be added in to this mornings announced trial around the time Of the StemPintER cut off date?

Ducks are very much lining up here, with lots more news on the horizon imo.

Who knows, the fact it’s got COVID in the title, might mean even the doppy Yanks might start to get it!.

Roker, Tiziana has a meeting with HC Wainwright on the 14th September (2 days ago). It’s on their website calendar. I find it interesting that “event” is specifically noted on the website with no details to explain what the meeting was about?.

From memory (I’m sure I’ll be corrected if wrong) the free float is/was only 9-10% so maybe 20m shares. LTH’s will not be selling now, having come this far, so this number could reduce very quickly especially as we are duel listed.
The share price rose 20% in minutes this morning which shows what can happen. If someone gets serious and wants a load of these........
