I hope I’m not boring everyone with this Shorting stuff. If I am, just say, and I’ll stop. I just feel it’s better to be aware, of what imo, is the main reason the share price is performing as it is, particularly on the Nasdaq.

At some point this will be released and the price will increase very very quickly.

Shorting %age on Nasdaq yesterday was 22% of total volume traded.

Still being manipulated/suppressed.

JohnHenry, you keep posting the same b0llox about there being a seller, but you can’t, and never do, back that up. I’m not seeing one. All I continue to see are some very large delayed buys after hours or a day or 2 later.
If you’re going to be dismissive of individuals posts, at least try and offer something constructive, rather than you usual arrogance and aloofness. You real do come across as a pompous, all knowing pr**£.

Take it as a compliment, and validation of your research Cloudy390. One of the big boys has just worked out what we’ve known for months. That this going to be worth an awful lot of money, in the not too distant future, and they are prepared to do what ever it takes to get a slice of it.

Dr Shailu gave a heads up on last nights interview regarding the valuation of StemPrintER/AccuStem.
$280m has been mentioned in the past, but not recently, so for Shailu to mention $280m for Stem again last night, that suggests that is what the independent valuations will be. When you look at the current MCap of $330m (which includes roughly $65m cash in the bank) the current MCap doesn’t even come close to valuing us correctly. We are actually $15m short of valuing the rest of the pipeline at ZERO lol.
This is ridiculously cheap for where we are!!

If we are held here till 30th October, (when StemprintER is demerged and becomes AccuStem at $280m) the new TILS MCap either has to become £0.00 or it has to move up to reflect the rest of the business.
Makes for an easy decision on 1st November lol.

Thanks BM3. I assume that’s just changed (in last 15 mins). Looking at the delayed trades above, it looks like they’ve had it a top of ask and bottom of bid for a couple of hours.
Obvs keeping us in check till US opens imo.

After having rumbled the Nasdaq Algorithm-bot, I wonder if it’s the U.K. MM’s turn to take the pi55 today. Feels like.

5 weeks today till 27th October, which is the cut off date if you’re buying on a T+2 Trade.

Hira, the short answer is “Yes”, absolutely you will get AccuStem shares.

There are others more qualified to comment on specifics, but as AccuStem will be U.K. only listed initially, will have to trade them as you would any other share that is listed on London Stock Exchange, but not listed in US. The intention is to list on Nasdaq at which point they will convert to ADRs (is my understanding).
I doubt very much the Nasdaq listing will happen BEFORE AccuStem is bought out, in which case you’ll just get wads of cash appearing in your account.

Good post DC but only 191m shares in issue so AccuStem shares should be around £1.50 based on a like for like basis imo. That’s what I expect them to open at on listing day.

You could look at Tiziana’s current valuation and Stem spin off another way of course.

Buy AccuStem now and get Tiziana shares FREE after Demerger lol.

He also said there was nothing in that price relating to Foralumab/Brazil trials.

The investment case here gets better and better, virtually by the day. And yet, some people are still selling this morning. Nowt queerer than folk, as they say.

Which would make our current MCap even more ridiculously cheap, and would value the rest of Tiziana at MINUS -£55m.

Latest Shorting %ages from Nasdaq - 18% on Friday. Be interesting to see what today’s ends at but I’d say 25%+. No way this is PI’s. This is an Institution at work.
