If we say that (conservatively) £50m of that is cash in the bank (I think it’s nearer £60m with ATMs etc) and StemPrintER has had a very conservative £200m put on by Directors, then EVERYTHING ELSE that Tiziana has achieved and all the IP on Foralumab and Milciclib Is FREE with nothing priced in.
This is now insanely cheap for where we are and if we are not at the bottom, we are very close to it. MMs know it, the City knows it and the Placees who bought at £2 certainly know it. That’s why we are being dragged down to these levels. If it was worthless, these games wouldn’t be being played out. I’m expecting a TR1 (or 2) in the coming days.

Now is NOT the time to capitulate and give up your shares imo.

The above statement is potentially only true IF StemprintER is indeed demerged. If StemprintER is sold (which could happen at any point) we would receive an RNS telling us A sale has been competed, and those who hold shares on that day will (probably) qualify for a special dividend from the proceed.

Not sure you can say that Jackpot, because we didn’t know what the time scales were from the original deal afaik. If we have done what they have asked of us so far, we are bang on schedule.

Fair enough Jackpot. I appreciate we have had a torrid time of it with this share, however, aside from changes at BoD level and delays due to COVID, I really don’t see that much has changed.

What I really really don’t get tho, and maybe it’s just me, but, why would anyone, and I mean Anyone, continue to hold shares in a company they believe is going nowhere? It’s a long time since I’ve seen a bb as negative as this one, yet so full of those who claim to be holders. I cannot understand the mentality of people who, day after day, bash and damage their own investment, when it’s the easiest thing in the world to just sell up and move the money into a share that they would feel positively about. Nowt queerer than folk, as they say.
