I suggest you start choosing you words more carefully when posting on NFX from now on. As I said early, I don’t you are being particularly malicious with your postings , however, I do feel as though you are beginning to harm my investment with some of the rubbish you put on here. If you continue with your spurious comments regarding NFX and/or the BoD, you may find some of your posts being deleted. You may even find yourself having to re-register under another name!!

Silver, he’s been saying the same thing over and over again for a year plus. He’s one of those who loves to moan but never has the guts to take the hit and move on (FOMO). It’s so self defeating because all It does is wind people up and put others off investment here.
I just don’t get it. Put up or shut up, but there’s little point in staying here, continually bashing the company, it’s directors, calling directors liars, saying they’ll never get a deal done, deals are dead, China and Japan are gone, predicting placing and generally running the company down, when you are invested.
I understand reasoned debate, but most of his posts are just negative incoherent nonsense, by someone attempting to portray an air of authority or inside information in the company.

This is great news ahead of US open imo. If they have to gap up on open to align with U.K. shorts will have to close very quickly over there. The last few days MMs have been playing both sides (of then pond) against each other and dragging us down. The opposite should also apply.

Where did you get August as the be all and end all for NFX? Did you just pick a date out of the air?

If NFX are being so badly run what makes you believe they can just magic up a merge partner or buyer? And what will you do with your shares if August and September comes and goes?

Furthermore, I expect the cut the actual cut off date to coincide with a significant collaboration announcement on one of Tiziana’s other Work projects, thus avoiding the ‘sell off’ of TILS shares after the split.
I believe the date of the StemPrintER cut off is being driven by something much, much bigger than just “tax implications”.

I said the other day that I’m convinced the RNS announcing the cut off date for STEM shares will NOT come at 7am. Since the new ADS split came in to effect the UK and US share price have been pretty much ‘joined at the hip’ so I’m expecting, in the interests of parity and fairness, that StemprintER news will be released at 2.30pm on any given day.‘

MM’s looking increasingly desperate and will try anything now for a few shares. They MUST be running on fumes and will have to move this up shortly, but don’t write off a quick drop first.

Not correct. It was a “solo placement agent” who acted to facilitate the placing. It may ultimately turn out that one ii has taken all shares, but we don’t know that yet, and it’s unlikely imo.
Probably know Friday or next week.
