Patent Approval for this could land any time within the next week imo. If Shorts are open in the US and an RNS for approval of this lands Intra-Day, they’ll be absolute toast. US shot to $12 the day after this patent was submitted.

I have just written to the Company suggesting the next “value adding” RNS is issued intra-day when both UK and US are open. This would give US Shorts much less opportunity to profit from UK morning increases like today, and will also potentially catch Shorters out with a gap up.

If I was TILS BoD, I’d be saving the next RNS for a 3pm release. Catch the US Shorts on the hop!

Only way to stop them is to burn them when they’re not expecting it.

Guys, this is purely and simply Shorts being allowed to close in US. For whatever reason they always seems to get out unscathed. Happens every time.
Once the gap is closed I fully expect the US to move up, and take us with them.

Goup, first time in a while we've agreed lol.

It’s becoming increasingly likely imo, that StemPrintER will just be sold, rather than split off. This means there will be no need for a vote and no need to set a Record Date. Basically, we will get an RNS one morning stating that StemprintER has been sold for ‘X’ amount and those who currently hold shares will be entitled to a Special Dividend of ‘X amount’ per share.

Are you saying that IF DT has transferred his shares into a nominee account, that means he is NOT bound to notify The Company when he crosses a threshold? Or, are you implying that he IS still bound to, but is less likely to do so, or less likely to be caught if he doesn’t?
