I think this is showing incredibly strength and resilience today.
The SP is only 7.5% down after a 12% dilution and following a 41% increase on Friday.

I was expecting a drop/pull back today after Friday, but it’s almost as if the SP hasn’t batted an eyelid.

Tiziana is in fantastic shape, $65-$70m in the bank and more potential inflection points than you can shake a stick at.

Alwaysone, it WASN’T mischievous at all. In the Q & A he was asked a question about raising cash and had to answer it. He answered it like a master imo, by stating there were no plans to raise in the UK.
If he had said “we might have plans but I can’t discuss it” do you think we’d have had ANY kind of rise in the SP on Friday? NO, we’d have been back at £1.50 on open and probably finished around £1.30.

This placing is an absolute master stroke imo.

We were already in the midst of a raise “of sorts” on NASDAQ, they have just taken additional advantage of the situation, which, for me, is a brilliant move, considering the near term inflection points we have here.

500% increase in price on the last placing, which was, to all intents and purposes, Friday.

The original ATM were at about 50p ($3 for 5) weren’t they? We only shifted circa $10m worth of those at that price and now we have shifted the other half PLUS The same again (roughly) at $2.60 EACH, What’s not to like about that. It’s brilliant news.
