I think this is also (one of) the reason(s) they have so far been noncommittal on record date. It looks like Record Date is being dictated by other, non Stem related issues.

I get the distinct impression they are working on something very big, and that release of news will coincide with the Record Date for Stem, thereby preventing a sell off of TILS on that date.

Alwaysone, I don’t think it’s the “MM’s that have re rated this share big time”, it’s the company, their hard work and their outstanding products and pipeline. I’m not sure you’re seeing that yet tbh.

TBH, I’m struggling to Think of a scenario that Goup HASN’T come up with lol.

Just to throw in my tuppence worth. There is no way on gods earth that the BOD will entertain an offer of less than 30p-40p per share (probably 50p won’t be entertained either).

The rumoured Kissei “deal” was £15m up front and £200m royalties. For the Times to go to print with this there Was most definitely A story here.
Let’s assume they were only 50% correct and it was £5m and £100m and that £100m was spread over 10 years (this is a guess but I’m sure I’ll be corrected if this is pie in the sky). So £10m a year profit, which then calls for P/E ratio of 15 to 20 which gives a MCAP of £150 to £200m (30p to 40p per share), and that’s before 001, 004, Ebers and VistaGen are even considered. Heck, even if we do a rubbish deal at 25% of Times numbers we’re still 15p to 20p without the rest.

When dreaming up t/o prices for a company you have to ignore the MCAP and current SP and look at the assets and potential. Just because the “Market” Is currently valuing Nuformix at £15m that doesn’t mean this is what they are worth.

I told everyone at the end of last week how to deal with these clowns. Put them on filter, don’t respond to their posts, don’t argue with them, just change the header and the subject and move on. These fkrs get off on, and get paid for, causing disruption On these boards, stop feeding them the oxygen they crave.
There are a lot of good, knowledgeable posters on here but they are too easily distracted by morons, and potential new investors will not spend time sifting though piles of dross to find the good bits.

I agree Daley. Best case scenario for us would be to end ATMs on 31st July as (hopefully) expected, then set the Record Date for Stem a week after, which would allow the SP to run its course for a week without ATMs holding it back.
Can always set up ATMs again after if worth while and required.
