Would also buy time to set up spin off company and ipo, and StemprintER would be much easier to attribute value to.

Out-license might be best solution all round Dave. Up front payment to fund other work steams plus sales royalties, which would immediately solve the “undervalued” issue by demonstrating real value which would be reflected in the share price.

Resolution 11 could be a vote to accept an offer for entire company, rather than just about StemPrintER. ;-)

It’s defo been left off (for now at least) for a very good reason imo. Either, as my earlier post suggests, the processes required to be completed before a resolution can be put to shareholders, have not been completed yet, and may not be completed in time for the AGM, OR, something bigger is being worked on which may mean that particular relocation/vote is not going to be required.

I don’t know MrJinx, maybe because the 3 guys you are referring to are discussing things like grown ups and offering some kind of reasoned approach to these issues, rather than throwing around pointless snide remarks at every new poster that dares to comment on here?

Below is from the Demerger RNS. I agree that also in that RNS it says that this will be put to shareholders at the AGM, however the paragraph below does state that several processes have to be concluded BEFORE it can formally be put to shareholders. They would rather foolish if they included a resolution then had to remove it because these processes were incomplete and the vote couldn’t take place. I think it will be added IF they are ready to vote on it.

Could it be that they have another option with regards StemPrintER that may not require a vote? I’m not saying they have, but could there be?

Spartacus, as far as I’m aware, resolution 10 is a pretty much bog standard for R & D companies as, by their very nature, they will make a loss until such times as the R & D is complete and the product can become revenue generating. Resolution 10 is a box ticking exercise.
