Either that, or a deal will come right out of the blue (pretty much from any point now) now that FDA ODD has been applied for, and based on those involved with discussions’ level of confidence it will now be granted.

If there are more than one company in discussions (which based on todays RNS seems to be the case) each one can now either wait till FDA ODD is officially granted, or steal a march on the others and make an offer now.
