So as far as you’re concerned you’ve been lied to then mislead, then fooled in to buying more shares (twice) in a company you no longer believe in, by a BoD you no longer trust!?

So let me guess, your strategy (now that things haven’t worked out the way hoped) isn’t to sell, move on, and try to make your money back elsewhere, it’s to hold on to all those shares (“because it’s not worth selling now”, right) then come in here day after day and bash your own investment still further? 👌 😂😂

I’m not getting in to this with you, but fyi the clue is in the word “invested” in my previous post. I’m am not a trader and I am well under water here, and have been for many years. HOWEVER, I take responsibility for my own investment decisions and do not look to continually moan and throw my toys out the pram over it. I also do not continentally try to blame the BoD, the Company or others for my current paper losses.

What I do do is question those who appear to have a negative agenda and who use nothing but guesswork and assumptions to try and promote it.

There are many on here who say they do not trust the BoD and who are now saying that this latest “deal/placing” is a scam to allow them to do nothing more than pay their own wages for the next however many years. Those same people are, at the same time, trying to convince me/us that they are “Still Invested” and are happy to do so simply because they are “under water” or because it’s “not worth selling at these prices” BS!! They are either lying or suffering from FOMO.

My question would be, who in their right mind, with so many undervalued shares to pick from on AIM, would invest (or stay invested) in a company that they felt that way about? Moreover, what kind of person spends their days on here doing nothing but moan about it?

That will very much depend on the Price of oil per barrel between now and completion imo. The current price is excellent news for the cost of this deal as far as Chariot is concerned.

Hopefully some can now look past the end of their noses and ignore the SP in the short term.

Regardless of what the share price does today or in the next few months, Chariot now have expose to significant income via a producing asset for the next 10+years (subject to regulatory approval, which will not be an issue).

If you don’t yet understand what the “mother of all placings” was for and still need an explanation and/or you don’t trust the BoD, then you shouldn’t be invested in this (or any other) share imo.

I’d never invest or be part of a company I didn’t trust or understand.

Whether the dilution is 1% or 50% and whether someone has accumulated 3% or 23% through a placing or on the open market, the rules are the same, which is that the onus is on the shareholder to declare it, not the company.

It’s not Chariot’s responsibility (on indeed their place) to disclose placees or their percentages.
