Interesting ENOG use the word “transfer” and not “sale” in their statement I think.

2 options imo. Either a straight “transfer” back to Chariot, OR back to ONHYM first, who then pass it back to Chariot. Only outstanding matter is the level of compensation due by ENOG to Chariot for ENOG failing to fulfilling their terms of the agreement with regards to Spend imo.
