Because a raise at this level will be very dilutive at this level, and isn’t needed (clearly) or it would have been done by now. We are also carried by Energean for the upcoming drill(s) at AE.

Partly because if they were going to do a raise, they’d have done it before announcing it to the world in the financial statement, and partly because I know at least 2 individuals who have it first hand that the BoD have expressly ruled out further dilution.

They BoD KNOW money is coming in in the short term from somewhere imo, and the ONLY reason the Going Concern statement is the financials is because they were duty bound to include it, having acknowledged there was a short term cash shortage.

Funding from Energean for Anchois has never been a concern or an issue, or ever in any doubt imo. Its just something that’s been thrown up by 1 or 2 unscrupulous individuals to try and sow seeds of doubt.
