How can you have a SEE and a SEYE version of the same model in the same year in the same global sector with this european standard ?

If we are selling software to Qualcomm, Mobileye and many others why would SEE get any contracts? Will we not just get revenue every month ?

Seize- If Volvo have future issues with SEYE tech this will associate BMW with the same problems. As BMW have already moved from SEYE to SEE I doubt they would welcome adverse publicity.

Phil - The article says "Working with partners to reduce development costs" They then refer to Apple and Meta but it could also work to source auto eye tracking from someone else.

I thought Tobii were the leader in VR/AR tech and that auto certification was difficult and expensive to obtain. Why would they put years of work into auto certification when they could use SEE tech ? Colin B. may share his views if it is significant.

At 10:27 they show a list of Partners and Customers. Its a mixture of names in Capitals, Name and logo, Names lower case and just logo. I think its showing customers first and then runs into Partners. SEE is in caps in the second half .

Renault, Audi, BMW, ford, Mercedes, Toyota and VW are all just a logo in the first half. Could this be a list of Contracts when just a Logo ? But what are the others in the first half of the list ?

Why do truck OEMs not need 2/3/4 years to design DMS for a new truck ? Are they not down to nearly 10 months in Europe for a completely new truck?

The USA is by far the dominant customer for simulation- based training equipment, accounting for 54% of all listed devices: some 1,515 units. By contrast, second-ranked France has 145 devices and just a 5% share, followed by the UK, with 98 (4%).

CAE is the world’s largest provider of military simulators, with our data showing that the company has supplied 20% of all listed equipment in use: some 556 devices. L3Harris is in second place, with an 18% stake (506 units), trailed by Boeing (11%/303), FlightSafety International (FSI; 10%/288) and Thales (9%/241). The remaining 32% share, representing 895 devices, is spread between other suppliers.
