Could this be an OMS by QC? It does not say this is SEYE and it does mention snapdragon later. Who will supply Volvo with OMS !!

Seize - Not sure we are outplayed. I assume SEYE have to make the dms work in 58 models all around the World. SEE only seem to need to supply the tech to QC and Magna and they make it work around the World. SEYE may cost less but it needs to work. I would expect SEYE costs to be higher in terms of both money and staff. Could SEE have just stopped selling Fovio chips to OEMs ?

or now you have an option. A cheaper DMS which if you fail to get to start of production you can switch to the Magna / QC system at short notice by upgrades to the mirror.

Ford never did manage to acknowledge a deal with SEE. Could this be dual sourcing ?

If Patents only last 20 years I guess you would want to start asap.

If most of the systems are Qualcomm / Magna why would SEE ever get an order from an OEM ? (Other than Fovio systems) QC will be waiting for CES.

Its not just an RNS, its an RNS with named OEM and a value. Could the NDA say no names for 3 years, 5 years , 7 years ? We have no idea.

At what point do we say enough is enough. We could make a change to new contracts and only allow an NDA for say 12 months max. If the OEM will not agree they need to make an alternative decision.

I can see why an OEM would want an NDA but why can SEE not publish an list of expiry dates ? No names, No Country. At least we would know something about the future.

Seize - It may well be Tobi but who would the other AR companies use. It looks like more than 60% of the population wear glasses. If AR takes off like Smartphones we have a very large market.
