Does anyone know whether we have been given any indication that dividends would now by biannual ?

Dividenmax has now moved the dividend declaration date to next Friday 17/02/23.

Well the last buy of the day did go up to 327p so I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

Next dividend March 2023 it seems according to dividend max. They were right last time.

I contacted HL and it seems that the dividend was paid on 20/09 but the money is being held within an income part of my ISA account, to be automatically transferred on the 10th of the month. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know that as I received no message to that effect. AJBell have been much more proactive in keeping me informed

Just wanted to check who has and who hasn’t received dividend payments which were issued on 20/9. I have shares with both AJ Bell and HL. Last December both were very prompt in paying up while others were saying banks like Barclays took ages.
This time AJBell payed on the payment date but nothing yet in my HL ISA.
Has anyone else experienced delays with HL? ?

I see today that Jesus F has purchased 65000 shares at 226 yesterday.

The record date for the interim dividend will be 19 August 2022 and share will become ex dividend on August 18th 2022. Shareholders will also have the option to receive the interim dividend in euro or stg should they elect to. The exchange rates will be announced on 5 sep 2022

Accordingly the company’s board of directors has elected to declare an interim dividend for Half 1 2022 of USD 0.036 per ordinary share ( interim dividend which is equivalent to approx 3 p per share

I understand it’s about 3p per share and you can nominate to take it in either euro or sterling. Exact exchange rates will be announced on Sep 5th.

KNOS got a positive mention in the Business/ Money section of the Sunday Times yesterday as worth a punt having fallen circa 30% on poor sentiment.

I have just been unable to purchase 3000 shares but was able to buy three lots of 1000.

I thought the next divi was to be announced next August and paid next October ?

We’re we made aware that €15m had been put aside in a Trust fund in case we needed to pay interest to Astor. Apparently the latest judgement says we need to pay up between 10 and 11m.

They will lose the business in Russia and Ukraine but they will gain market share here as people shun Russian vodka. I suppose people may have less available income as inflation hits but entertaining will still be up on COVID times I would imagine.
