First Derivitives has acquired a Spanish telecoms company called Telconomics for £2.2m. Telconomics provides analytics, consulting and software products to telecommunications firms. It was formed in 2009. FD are targeting the telecoms market with its Kx technology.

Are we unable to partake in this placing.......I'm reading conflicting things on different bulletin boards.

Will we be offered 20 shares for every 100 we own ?

The more we don't take up the more they get so wouldn't that be shooting ourselves in the foot ?

selling 20k worth at 129 when all other sales are at 131. No change there except that the denominations are now variable is size rather than all being at 5k.

I saw that BOI got a basting in the Sunday Business Post yesterday. Apparently they have adopted neither Apple Pay nor Android Pay as yet and are way behind the pack. AIB had Android pay but doesn't have have Apple Pay but KBC and Ulster bank have both. Why am i not the least surprised. This bank is a dinosaur. It seems to make little effort to offer what people want. I highlighted here before the issue of their debit cards which couldn't be used online to buy an aer lingus ticket nor in some high street shops. They will not be attracting any of the younger generation and that seems very shortsighted.

The court case is to determine whether the trigger has occurred for the beginning of several years of repayments. Unlikely to succeed but even if Astor won the repayments are easily affordable.

There were a lot of buys toady masquerading as sells.I paid 152.65 at 14.47. Plenty of punters out there seeing this as good value.

The Applegreen station at Lusk on the northbound M1 from Dublin to Belfast were the seller of the recently won 88.5m winning ticket. Good advertising! The winner has yet to be identified.

I cant get 2000 shares on HL platform.

No shares available. tried to buy 650 shares. can't even get a quote. I've never known that happen before.
