?As TF (i think?) said, it's unlikely to be any consensus about questions to ask at the AGM, so I thought why not just post about question ideas and suggestions for those who are going :) Maybe it will just jog the memories of those attending before going. Feel free to add/re-word (p.s. I've also re-worded my earlier somewhat explosive questions :)

1) Have? UK? trials started?, if so why no RNS, if not what happened to "coming weeks"
2) Why weren't we told about? UK trial ? FDA situation sooner?
3) What happened to "monetizing of assess? in the near future?"?
4) Why are deadlines? so rarely met?? ?(a nice to have :) )?
?5) What's happening with project blueprint
6) ?Any update on situation with FDA/ichor
?7) What's ?the ?situation with biontech - still ongoing? And similarly Can they expand on inanaco recent findings???
?8) Are NDAs still ongoing? Any change?
?9) Why are there similar bios (i.e. immatics) getting upfront deals but Scancell are not? What is the blocker? Have any offers been forthcoming since the last one in 2015???

As mentioned - those were not well thought out questions, it was purely to get the ball rolling. Yes question 4 was " a nice to have" ;)
@C7 - A childish question, yes definitely and was very off the cuff, but unfair, no I don't think so.
My point was I trying to make is that im sue there are several (of the same) key questions that im sure all of us would like answered so thought it would be worthwhile to put them in one post. But like I said it was just an idea.

For those of you going to AGM, I just thought it might be worthwhile to start a post to pool together questions for the AGM perhaps, so any (repeating) questions that many of us are interesting in asking can be put together in one concise list?
My (not properly thought out yet) questions so far would be:

1) Have trials started - what happened to "coming weeks"
2) Why weren't we told about FDA situation sooner?
3) What the fudge happened to "monetizing of assests"?
4) Why are you so rubbish at setting and meeting deadlines? etc

@C7 - I would argue that the majority of attendees who go to AGMs are long term holders, and therefore in Scancells case, underwater.

....P.S. point i was trying to make is that they would risking he wrath from (some) investors if the SP is still languishing around the 7p at the time of the AGM. (And yes languishing is the appropriate word here IMO)

Or they called it early so people didn't have enough time to plan a journey/day off, i.e. want a low turnout? I'm not sure what the minimum amount of notice is needed for an AGM? (My preference is still the Roche multi-billion buyout mind you.)

Start of the trial: Should we assume it has actually started? Also still intrigued by the earlier than usual AGM. As Ruckrover posted Tue 16:24 "Re the early date:They possibly have some good news they want to get out as soon as they can but want it to coincide with the AGM so as to deflect some of the expected criticism's" Now this seems the most likely thing as they know they will be some expected (and deserved IMO) animosity/criticism. But what news could it be??? Could it be the trial starting? Although that doesn't tie in with "immediately". Could it be BionTech news? etc?
Or as ratcliffewrtitter (Tue 13:33) suggested, only semi-jokingly I'd like to think :): "One of the reasons for having the AGM conspicuously early is no doubt to get approval for a multi-billon pound sell-off of the SCIB platform to Roche"...why not that!?
