It's so damn difficult to find the posts but didn't someone say Scancell have 4 abstracts for CICON 2019, and that all the big players from project blueprint will be there too? E.g. Ugur Sahin from Biontech. Plus who else? CICON is a big significant conference too right? The biggest(?).

It would be a good time to announce something, no? :)


Mind you (regulation moan incoming) why can't SCLP at least tweet this CICON attendance/abstract news!?

I for one am glad that someone vented on behalf of the long term holders, despite it sounding like it caused the Q&A to end early? Now the science and the building blocks blah blah blah etc might be coming along, but from a "purely" investment point of view, the BOD have failed massively IMO..so far. And that is why the high majority of us are here. But as i say...all IMO.

But anyway, not had chance to listen to recording yet but, for what it's worth, that despite my cynicism, i'm somewhat re-assured that both Ivey and RR are re-assured...if that makes sense. But why can't they just get a move on, and have more foresight (i.e. IND/trial situation).

...underwhelmed, was hoping for blockbuster RNS this morning (obvs), but more I was hoping that the earlier AGM was for a significant reason, but may after all it was so the news of the Avidimab collaboration was closer to the AGM therefore providing the BOD a timely deflection? Sounds like the BOD didn't get a deserved (IMO) grilling?
Also "lots of opportunity for deals", well we'll all believe that when we see it, with Scancell...unfortunately, talk is cheap.
Also, whilst not always seeing eye-to-eye with Knowelei, he is right, Diggles is part-owner now effectively, so him (well his scientist) saying scancell is has the most impressive science is kinda of irrelevant, he's not really going to say much else is he/she?

Not interrupting the delightful tete-a-tete too much I hope, but just a bit of a curiosity/observation... The other day i was googling Avidmab, now there wasn't as many results as there are today, there seems to be a few pages worth of Scancell related hits today if you do a search... However when I originally did the search, the first result that came back that days was this:

I can't remember who posted it (or the exact details) but didn't someone say the Avidimab trademark was registered/signed off on Monday(?) last week and the RNS about the agreement came out the following day?
Is that the normal duration/chain of events? (genuine question). I.e. was it all done quicker than normal/fast-tracked?
Also, maaaaaaaaybe it's all just a big coincidence that Scancell have a new (much more professional and up-to-date) website and the RNS was for an agreement with an un-named collaborator AND have bought forward the AGM?

No, thank you TF for transcribing, I was struggling to do that myself, Cliff Holloway does talk very quickly in the in the interview, time constraints perhaps.

But yes you're right, I may have missed the more significant part of that closing statement I.e.
"...That's why we're now engaged with this particular Partner in terms of EVALUATING THOSE ASSETS and we hope that this will be the first of many to come''.

Now that sound like mystery partner is doing some serious eyeing up/due diligence? And by assets, is it just avidimab or all Scancell assets?

But either way I agree, this RNS is perhaps even more significant that meets the eye.

Finally watched the Proactive video RE the RNS, whilst I've learnt the hard to take anything Cliff Holloway says with a "huge" pinch of salt, the intriguing (and slightly confusing) bit for me was towards the end - "...be the first of many to come"
Wasn't sure if he meant new/other partnerships with other companies or more agreements with this single new un-named partner from the RNS?
