So after a 4 year wait it's down to a final 1 day wait in my eyes, either they deliver the positive Rns for Han over the line or by Friday @ 16.30 it's all over.

If no RNS by Friday that will take us into the final week of Q3 and if it is left until the last minute it will not be good and if there is no RNS at all by end of Q3 , when we do get one it will definitely not be good, there will be words in it like DELAY-HOPE to secure a JV SOON-SHARE PLACING- and then lots of spin and hype, words which we LTH shareholders have become familiar with over the years.

My post yesterday received a comment that I am scaremongering, my post is based on reality, Alien never seem to deliver news early and surprise us, unless its a placing,but the timescale for news is announced, but never forthcoming on time,but from experience when its late or very late it is never good and always in the late Rns is a section for kicking the can further down the road.

Still always hold out hope,there is time left and it's Thursday tomorrow and we know what happens on a Thursday, don't we.

Sorry Smiller and has i have previously mentioned, that i do believe you to be a genuine person and a shareholder, but this is not fearmongering, unfortunately this is reality, just watch how the market reacts, if there is no news this month or a Rns mentioning delays or we hope to have it confirmed in 2025.

They have been promising for years and have not delivered and Han over the line is NOT a complicated procedure, Alien themselves have made it complicated, but they always seem to deal with a placing efficiently.

Now is the time to deliver as stated by the company themselves by Q3 , THEY HAVE CREATED THIS TIMESCALE, not me and built up great hope by paying Charles Archer to write the article and have us believe its imminent (my favourite word).

If it does not happen and i am 50/50 on this, i dont believe the company will survive long term, thats just my opinion, but if they do come good and deliver, believe me i will be one of the most happiest lth on this board, i hold an exceptional amount of shares, which if it does not happen i will write off, just being the realist like i have from the start of this journey.

I know its a sort of groundhog day post, but after Friday you wont have it posted anymore, in fact after Friday if no Rns i will be posting very little, that should please Cj and on the subject of Cj he has been quiet lately, i hope Alien have not layed him off lol

Well the markets and the sellers today don't seem to have much faith in a positive Rns this week, lets hope they have got it wrong.

I just need to point out my reasoning for the end of the line with this company, if Han is not over the line in Q3 it will never happen, plus if they announce the next placing I don't believe anyone will take it up,due to the last 4 years of false promises on Han over the line,it was a simple project to deliver from the start,but up to now it has still not happened ,the company believes it can keep making promises for the foreseeable future and then not delivering, I believe if it does not happen now,it's time is up for raising any more money and the markets will hammer the share price and Alien only have themselves to blame.

Well I thought we would have had a Rns today or yesterday, oh well that's life.

So from my point of view it's next week or never,as mentioned in my previous posts if it's left to the last week of the month, it won't be good news and if there is no Rns in September it will mean to me ,game over.

Just to put the icing on the cake 🎂 we all know about a possible Jv ,but don,t rule out a vote on a complete takeover.

Here we are possibly 10 working days away from one of the biggest changes for this company in the last 4 years and no one has anything to discuss over the weekend, it speaks volumes for what we are really thinking.

My reasoning for only 10 days is due to what I have previously mentioned, stating the only news we will have in the last week will not be good news,so from tomorrow 10 days and counting, the clock is really ticking now.
