As I have mentioned previously, be careful what you wish for, I understand the frustration of each holder,but you are dealing with Aim companies and it's very high risk/reward scenario.

If push comes to shove and the vigilantes group decide to vote on the board members and sack them ,who will manage this company, maybe same type of person or no one at all,then we have a new problem and new delays.

When a company's board is forced out and no one wants to take over, the company must appoint new directors to replace the outgoing ones. The remaining directors or the members of the company can appoint new directors. Shareholders may need to agree to the appointment and vote on it.

If the company doesn't have any directors, Companies House will eventually strike it off. This can make it difficult to manage the company's assets.

My opinion Cj based on the last couple of years of not getting anything over the line , not responding to e mails, Rns ,s with no real time scales and no real meat to them, i could go on, but if you cant beat them i will join them.

If 2 Jv,s come out of the blue it will be great and i am not against the idea of investors/individuals coming together, but Alien is not an investment its a gamble/a speculative bet.

I have to ask what do we realistically hope to achieve, Alien will still only tell you basically what they are telling us now, why would they change, instead of ignoring one person they will easy ignore a group of 40 or 50 and then the question is what is the mob going to do, maybe call an egm and ask for a vote to sack Robert and maybe the entire board, i cant see many jumping for the positions with a mining background, so we would end up with no management ,that would be a clever move.

This is Aim not the Footsie 100 we knew this when we signed up, i really cant see where we are going with this, Aim makes the rules up as it goes along, so do the management of most of its companies, i can understand that people are losing money, myself including, but this is Aim and thats life, i no some people are losing more than others and as you have mentioned previously Smiller that you have invested your pension money, personally i find that incredible.

The word Aim and pension do not go together in any way shape or form, each one of us on here are solely responsible for investing in this company, it might come good yet who knows, thats me being optimistic lol.

The simple purpose of the AGM is to vote on the 4 resolutions , anyone who is in attendance can ask any sensible question, but you wont get any real answers, questions will be passed on to the company and we know the answer from them.

The recent comments on here smack of desperation,this is a company that has kept us in the dark for years and now people want to start a revolution, unbelievable.

This is Aim when you invest its make or lose a fortune, that's the risk attached, you only put in money that you can lose in it's entirety, that's the nature of the beast.

This company will either get a Jv or be sold or by Easter of 2025 will be gone along with our dreams,that's Aim for you.

Trying to get individuals together, just won't happen , the majority knew the risk/reward ratio on this share Alien metals within the Aim bubble and will accept the outcome, we all thought it would make us millionaires or give us even more millions depending on our individual circumstances, but the capital we put down was always 100% at risk.

This interview really does make you think of the last one and in the last one Charles never asked a specific question about who was involved in the discussions, but Rob volunteered information about the Chinese and offering multiples for Han and then surprisingly the original offer was rejected by Rob.

With the fake e mail from Rob and the Chinese alleged offer,it makes me think is there really any offers past or present or is Rob a lieing, spinning, cheating, manoeuvring type,just waiting for his next pay cheque 🤔 just watch this space, nothing lasts forever, they might get this placing away on hype, just might ,but no institutions will back future ones.

I really don't know what to believe anymore, was this company in discussions with interested parties, is this company still in discussions with interested parties, the alleged e mail from Guy,which the company Alien has not confirmed ,Charles attempting to stoke up interest, it really makes you think,what really is going on and what is the real truth.

So we have days/weeks/months of Max,s optimism, Guys lethargic approach to managing, basically waiting for his next pay cheque and the reality of nothing really happening, except the next placing, happy Christmas 🎄 😀

Every day between now and Christmas we will be looking at this company for any real news and nothing of real value will emerge ,except a share placing, any news of prospective buyers or Jv,s won't raise there heads until Q1 2025 and that will be down to the lack lustre management ,running the company, so between now and Christmas the paid posters and spinners can do their best.

It seems every time this share starts getting a little traction Northwards in the right direction, it comes back to earth with a bump. The reason this time was the RNS Basically telling us they are exploring more and will be spending the money they have and that sends the message to the market that a share placing will be next. No mention at all about discussions, just the words DISSCUSIONS ARE STILL ONGOING WITH PROSPECTIVE INTERESTED PARTIES, would have been enough to reassure holders and the markets and keep this share on a Northwards direction, it has been mentioned previously is this company trying to keep the share price low, for future placing.

Instead of spinning to many plates, there should be one focus and that's Han and whether its sold, jv,d or they run it there selves, an income or lump sum is needed to stop diluting the share price, the amount of shares is getting ludicrous when you have a asset which years ago was supposingly shovel ready, management takes all the blame for this not being over the line already and as i have previously said with these assets a monkey could have sealed a deal by now, where is that monkey, maybe Moonmonkey will save us, all hail Moonmonkey
