So we are looking at 5 weeks to announce the Errawarra results and seal a JV deal, going on past performance from this lethargic company, i wont be holding my breath, because as we know timescales are a dirty word for this company, i can only hope that they do come through and deliver, because like the rest of you i am a shareholder and want to make a killing on my investment lol

The news from Errawarra is overdue end of July original date,but no major concerns there,we are always late on timescales ,Han over the line soon,so its a case of waiting, but nothing has changed with my timelines, solid positive news on Han over the line with clear funding etc by end of September or game over 😀

Why are certain individuals blowing this out of proportion, I like the rest of you want this to be true.

I just want factual confirmation from the company that it's true, then I want to know why indepth info surfaced through a e mail and not a update on the website or a Rns ,it's not complicated 🤔.

Some of you have short memories remember this is a company that kept us in the dark and short on info for years,while placing after placing was announced constantly .

I agree news is coming Nap,( about time) but i need to get an answer, its not complicated for them to tell me yes or no.

Whenever i read a statement the devil is always in the detail, hopefully everything is fine and they will confirm that Guy did send it and it was worded like that and then i will be happy, it really is as simple as that.

why does a director who is working day and night to get han over the line, find time to answer questions in a in-depth manor.

why would he tell you there are 3 interested parties, i have been looking through rns and only found the word parties . no mention of the word 3, latest update

further to the company's announcement of 20 june 2024, the company is actively progressing discussions with a potential joint venture partner for the han**** project. due to its size, any such joint venture, should it proceed, will likely require the approval of shareholders in a general meeting pursuant to the aim rules. whilst there can be no guarantee that any transaction will progress, the directors are encouraged by the conversations to date. further announcements will be made in due course.

these are the issues that bother me, thats why i am asking for confirmation.

i hope i have a reply soon and alien confirms it and my mind will be at peace

but confirming three parties to a shareholder and its not in the general domain is not right.

can anyone point me to a rns that mentions specifically three parties to put my mind at rest.

Thanks Tangodog its just the way i operate, i would like a reply from the company to confirm that Guy sent out a message on that date with that info on, its a simple yes or no from the company, but no reply as yet, it seems you had a faster response than me and i am just waiting for a yes or no, will keep you informed.

yesterday, i e-mailed to guy roberston with a number of questions. today, i received this reply:

"phillip, thank you for your email and good questions.

we are working on securing a joint venture partner for han**** who will provide the necessary funding to get the project to decision to mine/mining state. while we have three interested parties – we are advanced in legal documentation on one – we expect that this transaction will close – subject to shareholder approval by the end of this month.

there are some heritage clearances to be completed – funding will assist in accelerating these – and our stakeholders in the region are keen to see this project move to production.

we recently completed an ethnographic survey of the whole area – not withstanding jv discussions the project is still moving forward.

our recent capital raise will allow us to move forward on the pinderi hills project – with focus on silver and platinum.

the statement in the rns on further funding is a requirement of the nomad/uk regulators – unfortunately unavoidable.

convertible note – in total on notes 1 & 2 we have drawn pounds ~450k. we have not drawn tranche 2 or 3. no repayments have been made.

your frustration is understandable – the company has previously been optimistic in speed of execution – the assets however have value – and we have engaged some capable people who should assist in delivering their value to shareholders.

Just a thought Dip could there be a possibility that there might be a IPO on Han, now that would require a shareholder vote.
