Their private healthcare is very cost orientated. Just getting positive test will probably not get you SNG, there would have to be a range of factors to get you authorised. But if they can keep you out of hospital, they will as costs go way up then.

Without seeing the full agreement, we don't know. I should imagine there would be some change in control provisions causing the shares to be issued.

I doubt any actions made after the agreement can make much difference. The trigger is 'decision to mine' regardless of how the licence is reconfigured.

The only question is how to recognise a 'decision to mine'. My guess is that decision cannot be made until after a full FS hits the table. Only then can someone say we go ahead or we drop it.

You need to temper previous experience with current reality. Unprecedented pressure on hospitals and ICU staff. Not just here, but worldwide. As soon as there is enough information for just only one territory's regulators to allow them to go ahead with emergency use, things will snowball from then.

I've often thought it would make sense to target those that have to congregate first, whilst those that can isolate (retired etc. i.e. me!) should be at the end of the queue. Yes to hospices and old peoples homes. Yes to hospital staff, police and ambulance staff. Next working age people and armed forces, then the elderly.

Controversial I know, but to target those most likely to spread this virus fist would surely reduce the impact faster?

Telfer isn't just the processing plant. They have the airport, their (pretty large) village. The power plant to make it all work. The (450km I believe) gas pipeline to fuel the power plant.

Oh, and a massive hole in the ground that (assuming they don't find any more gold down there) will need filling up sometime.

You could say that Telfer is the only reason we are where we are - without any ore to feed Telfer, the remediation costs of taking it all down would be massive. This is the reason NCM are so high on Hav, and it come with some pretty amasing grades / quantities too!
