The exploration initial decline would be straight, so could well be that NW square block, assuming it only goes down the 400m odd bit.

It looks like it's all full speed ahead. Recent developments re mining license point strongly to starting the decline and mine, but we have no MRE as yet - maybe it is simply being finalised? Who knows?

The square disturbance north of the dunes in the far NW is of interest here. Speculation that this could be a large bunded fuel store, possibly for the decline machinery? But this is in the NW, where the full extent hasn't yet been defined, or has it?

Difficult to see where, if any, sterilisation drilling for a decline has started.

CAPEX is minimal, we are well funded and GH has said that funding is not a problem and doesn't need to dilute shareholding to do this.
Going underground is both affordable and highly desirable.

Interesting read.

It does illustrate the potential value Hav will give to NCM's share value. UBS and Citi's valuations do not factor in anything concrete from Hav, so the MRE will force a rerate for NCM as well.

A careful read of this does show why NCM have (and should have) a real hard on for Hav. Their focus has to be getting the MRE published and starting the decline ASAP, like yesterday type ASAP.

An interesting thought is where Rio sit on this? NCM could well be rich pickings for a hostile takeover, who knows?
