So how much longer can the NAV be so disconnected to the share price? Gotta to be one of the easiest double your money plays on AIM from here. So cheap for the actual business let alone such great potential thats coming..

This is the reason I'm here, its a great investment for the price. Was way under valued for the placing. Still gutted we didn't get to partake at those levels but all is ticking along. Sooner or later the world will wake up to the huge potential in Guident let alone the other 3 investments.

Share price movement here the last few sessions along with other miners stinks of inside info. Long squeeze was planned and known about by the big boys this weekend. A lot of gamblers on leverage liquidated.. I knew this wouldn't drop more much today other than a morning stop loss collection, job was done last week pre fall of BTC.

Couldn't agree more, technicals playing out which they have, leaves it free to run to new highs. Anyone seen the price of Z Cash recently? Haha, ARB are raking it in right now. Z Cash is up 100% in 2 weeks. I'll have as many as i can get for my SIPP.

Vehicle automation by the end of the year will be all the talk here. That part of the business is going way under radar at the moment. If you look at the investments and movements in the sector in the US its gaining a real pace. Any study of the market leaves me amazed how big it is and amazed TEK is so cheap.

You can't under estimate the size of the distribution deal ZOE have landed. It's unreal. This will be a share of the decade.

Sell one pack of CBD smokes at $22 per store per day at a profit of $10. Just USA distribution, no rest of world, no other product sales.

365 days x $10 = $3,650
10,000 stores year 1 = $36,500,000 PA Profit
20,000 stores year 2 = $73,000,000 PA Profit
40,000 stores year 3 = $146,000,000 PA Profit
88,000 stores year 4 = $292,000,000 PA Profit

Lets get a bit more hype and say we sell 10 packs a day per store.

365 days x $100 = $36,500
10,000 stores year 1 = $365,000,000 PA Profit
20,000 stores year 2 = $730,000,000 PA Profit
40,000 stores year 3 = $1,460,000,000 PA Profit
88,000 stores year 4 = $2,920,000,000 PA Profit

Yeah I can see they are staggered and what they are for. It just genuinely changed my risk factor for the investment. A company with 800 odd million shares, Issues rights to issue another 1.3bn, It's a damn lot. I was buying this at 0.4p not that long ago. I'm just saying the risk factor has gone way up for me. Everything needs to come good now, no room for error or its just another billions of shares company thats diluted its holders and will continue to. I mean people gave ARB trouble for tiny dilution compared to this. Its damn huge! If they pull it all off, great, for me though, that move put the risk factor up by two.

Interesting one here, love the move to get on something very quick that is doing so well across the pond. Punting that CF and ORPH will do something here. Happy ORPH holder since CF took over. Would be very nice to see something with them happen here. Either way, looks exciting and early entry.

Yesterday's RNS doubled the market cap without any profit to shareholders. 1.3bn shares!!! Madness.
What if they don't win the court cases? Set up the company so they are fine either way. Wise moves. Has become much more of a punt for me, don't like dilution, especially that much.

No point selling at the mo that for sure! Trading way under NAV, lots of news coming this year. Still getting up after the kick in the balls that was the placing. Lets hope for a better end to the year.

I'm just a bit stunned at the level of share issues. Last night with 898m shares at 2.65p we had a 24m Market cap. This morning we have the potential for another 1.3bn shares. So at the now price of 3.25p including future dilution thats a potential market cap of £71m. I had hoped to get that jump through share price and not dilution. Court cases coming up I thought would pay for the mining expansion not 1.3bn shares. It is AIM..

I'm a holder and I like the direction. However going from 800 odd million to 2 billion shares, you can say goodbye to any idea of £1 a share for a while. Just being real, thats a huge dilution, 1.3bn??!!
