The reason for the (what you call) overreaction is simple.

Last count NAV was 25p a share. (Clearly more since)

So the company is way under valued to start. Now imagine someone bought 8% worth of shares on the open market.

That would push the share price right up. Instead TEK give more discount to dilute the existing shareholders. (again & again)

They should be raising at a premium to share price or at least equal. Lots of companies have done this. The holding in SALT alone could be used for collateral for a far better deal on a loan than this way of raising money.

It is always destructive to the share price and new holders as its always done after a raise. Cliff clearly doesn't value TEK at what is written in results. If he did, his negotiation skill's would have more conviction and the share price would be closer to NAV.

Current market cap = SALT holding.

Everything else for free....

including the £1.5m cash just raised.

Once again TEK fail to value their holdings at anywhere near market value,

So why should the market ever value them correct?

After searching and searching for metals companies who have missed the recent gold and silver rush, I think this one sits firmly under the radar. At some point POW will release an RNS which will show how its benefited from the recent runs on price. Clearly undervalued here.

I had a dream last night SALT was bought out by customer 3 and we all got a big dividend.

We can dream.........

So with todays rise, our holding in SALT is worth £24m (An already successfully rolled out investment proving itself, Guident still to do so.)

Our Market cap £26m

That leaves £2m ascribed to Guident, Innovative Eyeware and GenIP

Is this not news for us too? Why no RNS's for anything SALT but all other companies we get them...

He's not calling you out

Its the number 1 reason this is undervalued, Clifford has never raised anywhere near share price let alone NAV.

Plenty of other firms do, Clifford has no idea how to. It's massive discount every time and it has damaged the share immensely. That and the promise of dividends when companies list which has never happened.

Thats 1.2 m shares not monetary value..

Not looked at the trades that much recently but those unknown trades today look like worked buys.

All reported a bit late and when you go back and look at the times they are buy prices.

Over 1.2 million of them so far today. Someone is building a holding. Any one looked last week at trades? Be interesting if its been going on a while.

If TEK own over 60% of SALT, why the f**k don't they RNS the news of 100's of percentage points of growth etc.

RNS Gnip news - own 60% plus

RNS Guident news - Own 70% currently (less after IPO)

No RNS SALT news - own over 60%

Why??? SALT news this week was excellent progress, TEK silent on it.

1. The long awaited, well overdue mystical dividend.

2. The herd arrive because of a great Guidant float (re rate wont last)

There is one reason this isn't valued at fair value, that is because they have never raised at fair value, always way under, and always under current share price after a rise therefore trapping investors.

Read the July 11th RNS. Was always going to 4p.

"Mr. Paul Venter will hold 1,958,929 Ordinary Shares representing 15.30% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. Taking into consideration the exercise of all the Prepaid Warrants, Mr. Paul Venter will be interested in 1.40% of the Company's then enlarged share capital."

Stake goes from 15% to 1.4% if warrants executed.

Who wants to be diluted 10x plus?? Thats what you are doing buying these.

Hi chaps, just trying to confirm ownership amounts of Microsalt. Does TEK still own 62.94% of SALT?

Being correct, Thats a £19m holding just in SALT who are flying right now with sales. Lucid growing well too but there isn't much holding left there. This is before any Guident hype.

When is this bloody dividend coming!! The SALT holding alone is 80% of the Market cap here. Sell some and give your long term holders a reward, may move the share price finally.

As of 1 December, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 138,760,735 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

Issue that many shares at 4p, its only going one way, to 4p. Like its going back to £1-£2. Living in a dream world.

Who recalls 1.43 billion euro in gross origination in June 2020. Forward 5 years and you have group revenue of £87,000 for the 6 months.

Be very careful with this company. It has drained every investor.

Seems to be an agenda with the market to under price a lot of UK listed firms that are good businesses. Very bad for the UK economy because we keep losing our companies. Makes me very suspicious of foul play in the markets. So often you see firms being bought out and the share price jumps 30-100% immediately. Makes London a really poor market to list on.

Doesn't mean there is overvaluation going on to. Mostly on the small caps. You can watch that happening every time large amounts of shares and warrants need to be cleared and share prices rise and are held then dump when the selling has taken place.

Stinks from a spectators view point. Hurts when caught in the games.
