To determine itself from a living entity with a brain and soul. In more recent time, the "corporate entity" has been upgraded and is treated as a "person" in law. The biggest scam pulled yet.

Those with brains and souls give power over to a corporate entity that can't think, breath or have a soul.

Demonic entities written about by prophets, may very well be the vision of corporations running and destroying the world.

Giving away personal power to a corporation is a dangerous thing.

Think GLEN will be way over forecasts for profits. Good shout for Gas profits anyone?

Hi chaps, been a while, markets are not looking good so taking a back seat more. Re Delisting, I think it's the first of many we will see. Just look at the declines in share price for a lot of Aim and other firms. Loads have dropped 90%, this is quite a crazy time. Liquidity is drying up, deals on borrowing are getting more and more expensive, Interest rates are rising and rising. A lot of firms have already raised, Investors have watched raises be eaten and firms still go under (mccolls an example that should be criminal, investors only just gave them £30m and then they are forgotten)

Starting to expose a lot of Zombie firms.

Consumer spending will be way way down this winter when the fuel crisis really hits, more and more down when Interest rates tick off of fixed rates and mortgage payments start to double for some.

Been going through my portfolio and sacking a lot even at a loss, I feel what's coming is unprecedented in recent times.

Europe is a mixed bag but unless there is a polar vortex, it will muddle through this winter.

You say PI's don't understand and are selling etc. Yeah, clearly a few don't understand, but clearly there are those who trade the highs and lows too. However don't forget the placing share being sold at a premium to there prices of 28p then 25p.

If you don't want the share price to drop after good news, don't load up "investors"who flip placing shares and make money from trading. Add to that all the good news flow coming, MM's will be gathering stock happily off of sellers and dropping it quick take out stops and also to close spread bets etc. The main reason things spike so much, is to close peoples spread positions and clean out investors as much as possible.

Coincidentally that often coincides with negative posters.. Any one would think it's organised..

Yeap, correct Agri. Needs a bit of time to settle to see what has been taken up. Of course the warrants will bring in more money so that means we won't need to fund via placings. Everything is moving forward business and NAV wise. Markets in London are awful when it comes to tech. Watch DARK get snapped up cheap. Look at 2024/35 revenue in a few years and you'll see how cheap it has been given away. Awful market for a lot of PLC's especially Tech start ups. Then you get the random overvalued ones I have no idea how they maintain there lofty market caps. London leaves me lost for explanation a lot.

Can't see the trade, Was that this morning? Yesterday morning was the time to sell if you don't want to hold for gold. i.e. the special Dividends we've been promised for two years.

Could see the traders selling yesterday and also I think some of those placing shares at 28 & 25p got involved too. Needs some Microsalt news to break that 40p by the looks of it.

Can't help but notice there is defo a few traders here. Always selling in spikes. With such low liquidity that will always effect price. Business is growing and growing. Like CM says, daily movements of no interest, this is for the long hold and big returns which will take time.

The pace of growth of the businesses this year against a harsh economic background is impressive though.

Buy two get two free. About £5m being given to Guident and Microsalt, TEK usually make £5m a year on University services. Just let the news get out there. Should really be in the 40's. If it wasn't London we would be. Imagine the market cap the USA would give TEK if it was a TEK IPO. $150-200m?

Yeah, sorry, dollar t pound mix ups, Its £31.5m but the concept still stands, add BELL shares and we are around current market cap. No value being given to two growth businesses gaining traction. Lets see what we open at.

IC were calculating 66p fair value coming soon. Would be nice to trade closer to actual NAV. Two of the four realised with IPO. One more coming soon. Proves the quality of TEK as a business.

The news coming from Microsalt is going well and is going to explode as soon as one of those fortune 500 signs up.

Don't forget Guident became a trading entity with its first contract. This is amazing progress on many fronts.

I've lost more money here than in any other share. I did make some profit on the way up to £1 as I sold to pay a tax bill. However I was too keen to buy back on the way down.

I said on this board many moons ago, Chill.com should sell all brands not just ours, a website like that is lost selling one brands product. Another market kind of being ignored which is huge is the actual THC cannabis market. I happen to know this market quite well as I am in the entertainment industry for my work. Yes those horrible weed smokers breaking the law. Have you looked how big that market is? Obviously in the US and Canada there is millions of legal users as well as the UKs and other illegal users. I bet you more people who smoke cannabis than tabacco would buy these products. Lots of cannabis smokers would like to give up tobacco and lots don't use tobacco but would like to use less cannabis and make it last longer. Chill pouches solve both these issues.

With the modern strong cannabis, it is far better and safer to have a higher CBD content, THC has gotten so high it is crazy. A lot of longer term smokers prefer a more balanced blend of THC & CBD. THC is psychoactive and CBD is antipsychotic. This product gives smokers the ability to balance their smoke. This is an area that enters medical use also. Schizophrenia is treated with CBD. Some argue THC can cause schizophrenia in prone users. High CBD content prevents this type of reaction occurring.

Here's another Idea chaps, Did you know the "sleep" market is one of the biggest and fastest growing. Something that really should be taped into.

I have stacks of ideas for this company and website. Almost tempted to see if I could join the company and help get back some of my losses as they really need some fresh ideas. They now look to have taken the direction of this company with the suggestions that were on this board. Feel free to take some of the above.
