Hi chaps, been a while, markets are not looking good so taking a back seat more. Re Delisting, I think it's the first of many we will see. Just look at the declines in share price for a lot of Aim and other firms. Loads have dropped 90%, this is quite a crazy time. Liquidity is drying up, deals on borrowing are getting more and more expensive, Interest rates are rising and rising. A lot of firms have already raised, Investors have watched raises be eaten and firms still go under (mccolls an example that should be criminal, investors only just gave them £30m and then they are forgotten)
Starting to expose a lot of Zombie firms.
Consumer spending will be way way down this winter when the fuel crisis really hits, more and more down when Interest rates tick off of fixed rates and mortgage payments start to double for some.
Been going through my portfolio and sacking a lot even at a loss, I feel what's coming is unprecedented in recent times.
