Not quite 1million at 1.44p but I so nearly put £4k here this afternoon. Never mind, will have to settle for what I have already in my SIPP and ISA, meant to top up here for months but never got around to it! Still hold the ones I bought on the day of suspension last year at 7.5p. Fomo'd in that day. Well done all holders. Now for the fun part...

@Moggy, because TEK is TEK and will sell, long term Belluscura could do very well. Massive shortage worldwide of Oxygen devices.

40-50p but with the current sentiment and need for Oxygen, I think it will have a very good opening day. Hopefully get a chance on Primary Bid this time to get in before.

Looks like sentiment starting to turn for TEK. Nice interview but no shareholder questions which is a shame. All though it would have probably contained a lot of moaning about the undervalued non inclusive raise. If you're reading Clifford, Primary bid next time please and closer to the share price please.

Clocked yesterdays RNS after hours so only bought my first batches today. Still thinking its too good to be true but happy to take a punt and see. Going on from Vas's post. I've re read the RNS to get my head around the numbers. Here is some I am running and like Vas it's based on this RNS..

$9.99 a pack, wholesale of half that so $5 and a 50% profit margin so $2.50 profit per sale.

Units of two to three of each line, (six lines, more coming) so say 12 units per store. 12 X $2.50 = $30 profit per day per store.

So that's a bare minimum we are currently seeing at the early stages of roll out and our brand awareness.

8000 stores this year = 8000x30= $240,000 per day profit.
365 x 240,000 = $87,000,000 PA profit.

Take it to two years and 88,000 stores and our current low sales of 2 items a day will be netting $2.64m in profit per day.

If we can see two sales of 48 items in a cabinet. That would be 96 sales at $2.50 profit per item = $240 profit per day per store.

Take that to 88,000 stores = 88,000 x 240 = $21,120,000 per day profit.

$21.12m x 365 days = $7,708,800,000 profit per year.

That's on $2.50 profit per sale which is selling 4 times that at $10 so revenue of $30bn per year from the 88,000 stores is possible.

This won't be Fevertree, this will be Zoetic, a whole new share and growth story to tell people.

I think you can safely say the news from this one is still way under the radar. Grabbed some this morning. Couldn't believe what i was reading, Is it too good to be true?? Serious breakthrough discovery here. Well done all holders, should be a good ride from here.

It's pretty damn close now. I've held since Jan 2020 so not as long as some, but its clear there is progress here and things are going in the correct direction. May have been slow but solid foundations are being built and grown on.

About time it moved up with all the recent news and developments! Some buys certainly going through today. I have a feeling one day it will be the OTC markets that put a rocket up TEK.

This is a serious plus for GWMO.. History of companies that have a lot of gold, she must like what she see's here. I know I do, I value the copper at about 2p a share and view it as a safety net. Then we have the recent tailings results.. Less doubts now someone of this calibre is getting involved. This is a steal at this price right now.

The longer it stays low, the more explosive it will be when sentiment comes this way. Could easily 5-10x this year if the market sentiment comes around to what Guident are doing along with a few other portfolio positives.

No movement in SP at all. MM's hate TEK, keep saying it, this share is treated poorly. There is so much future potential and its not even valued for existing income and assets.

ARB will be the biggest and best PLC miner. Watch it unfold before your eyes.

The Market doesn't choose price and spread, thats market makers. Somethings up here in my mind.
Seeing that most of these businesses have recently raised money I would say the valuations are fair "pre" market valuations no? I.E. when realised they should be worth way more than NAV.
We have the shares now in Bellascura, awaiting IPO. Lucyd, Micro salt and Guident all have been raising. Guident is set for lunch later this year. I see a lot of AIM companies way worse than this getting marked up higher. Less spread etc. Just doesn't make sense to me. That's why I continue to hold. When you have one of the worlds most popular funds ramming on about vehicle automation, I think Guident is way going under the radar here.

My guess is later this year, this will pump silly when the market sentiment comes this way, which it will...eventually.

Is it normal to be so undervalued though? I mean FFWD have a NAV of 9p, they trade around 8p.
I regularly see and invest in NAV's at 15-20% discount when the market is off and they float that low.
Over 50% discount is a p**s take, no reason for it.
The spread is disgusting for a share so cheap also. 18% spread this morning which has now closed and the price has gone down.
Market makers hate TEK by the looks of it. No other reason i can find.

Dilution was always coming for the bellascura warrants but for me, they went in way too cheap for the placing. Even with todays update and movement, 50% undervalued for a tech investment firm is quite unheard of. MM's need to move it up and reduce the spread. Always so high here puts off the buyers. Can't help but think these market makers don't like TEK.
