It's astonishing James McCarthy on LinkedIn is still showing as Chief Financial Officer of Novacyt group. I know he is still active on LinkedIn , but come on why has he not updated his profile ?

So, if we are likely to get a new CEO , after the DHSC case win , it would mean JM will be on his way. What about the fate of JW ? What does he bring to Novacyt ? What is exactly his remit ?

How much credibility does JM has now ? He , and David Allmond were the ones to talk about the £100M organic growth within 5 years from 2022. So can we trust him ?

We need to win this DHSC dispute , for the sake of the poor suffering investors who have been on Novacyt's journey from 2020. It's then we can see a new dynamic board room .

Hi HarChris & Kaeren , I guess LTIP we can now forget , because January 2025 they will set up a new LTIP involving new directors and probably a new CEO will be in place . I suspect JM will revert back to CFO .

With more research it looks like David Franks has also left Novacyt. Which confirms only one person from the board has any interest in this LTIP, and that is the interim CEO , James McCarthy.

Looks like Navin Nauth-Misir has left Novacyt as well. That means only 2 board directors remain that have any interest in LTIP which is due to mature in December 2024. I am hoping the interim CEO is working is best to increase share holder value and reach his LTIP.

Four of the directors of the seven who were on the LTIP have left. The goal is still to achieve maximum LTIP shares due December 2024. James McCarthy is due around 225,000 shares if Novacyt achieves the required SP. I would think the interim CEO will try his best to get the SP as high as possible .

ValJu , I believe Novacyt will win the DHSC case and receive full amount owned to them what was due in contract. Novacyt are pursuing also the interest due from this money owned .

How much interest are we looking at on top of the money from contract ? Is it around £5-10M +

Once The DHSC case is finally over with and done , the BOD will want to achieve the LTIP which is due to mature in December 2024 . The DHSC situation is the biggest factor stopping the SP.

I wonder when the NHS will take up the prostate test from OBD ? Is this a company that Novacyt would be interested to acquire ?

The evidence is out there in the domain to show people that Novacyt will win the DHSC case. There is absolutely no question about it , Novacyt will win the DHSC case. The products that Novacyt provided to the UK government were high quality tests with accuracy. The UK government rejected the Novacyt tests as they went for the cheap , less accurate chinese LFT . Novacyt PCR tests were sold worldwide and even gained CTDA certification.

The only question is how Novacyt will spend the cash .

I believe Novacyt will have £130M+ cash after June 2024 and that will allow them to acquire further profit making molecular diagnostic companies . This could well generate the £100M annual revenue for the company.

Novacyt acquiring Yourgene in 2023 gives us some clues in the direction of their growth projection. Genome biology will be a multibillion dollar industry . In future diseases will be treated / prevented from genetic analysis and Molecular diagnostic screening. Novacyt have now got a huge portfolio of accurate rapid LFT and PCR tests . In addition they have brought in Yourgene which will be their main business focusing on Genetic testing. I believe once the DHSC case is won , Novacyt will develop into a mid cap company. The £60M - 130M+ cash in bank following winning the DHSC case will allow further acquisitions into key areas of molecular diagnostics ? Genome testing companies.

I agree HarChris, I think once Novacyt win the DHSC dispute in full , bank the £130+M , then the institutional investors will return and stabilise the SP . We all know PI100 is shortening the share and want this has low has possible. He is not wanting this share to go up and is happy for the company to go bankrupt and all those poor employees to lose their jobs. I agree he / she is a slime .

Joanne Mason is very active on LinkedIn and tuned onto these comercial genome biological companies. It will be a huge asset having someone like Joanne Mason who will have the skills in creating Novacyt into a mid cap company with pioneering products.
