Great news today with the approval of the transaction by the Russian Federation. I wonder if the board would consider increasing the special dividend from 1.80p? The company will be left with circa £10.5m cash after the dividend has been paid which translates to 0.75p per share.

Nice move on CHAR - now £185m market cap. I expect some profits from there to be coming into PRD

has anyone tried figuring which global japanese pharma the RNS on 01/05 is referring to? I saw someone mention it could be Takedo Pharmaceuticals ($60bn market cap) - they focus a lot on endometriosis so would make sense. But any global Japanese Pharma will be a multi billion dollar company so huge regardless for Valirx.

The RNS on the 29th April was very interesting.

Still waiting to hear the latest developments on the possible JV, the social media rumours at the time were that these assets would be used to develop a #COVID19 testing kit. Still conjecture at this time ofcourse. But would be huge for Valirx if true.

The same people that were saying VAL shareprice will continue to drop (when the shareprice was 4p) are still ranting but they are looking rather silly now. 200% up from lows and I think it still has legs to do more. Very speculative at the moment but seems to be turning a new page.

Has been no stock at 12p to buy for a while but can sell large chunk above the ASK - which is definitely a good sign

Unfortunately lots of long term VAL holders have lost faith in the company and many are sitting/sold at heavy losses hence the negativity on the bulletin board. However I do believe things can only get better from here.
