yes that is correct, previously they stated they were accepting bids. so looks like it is now near completion

As previously announced by the Operator of Block 3B/4B, a collaborative farm-out process (up to 55% gross WI), has been ongoing, and is now in a farm-out agreement negotiation stage.

the catalyst would be a farm out to one of the 7 major oil companies who are interested in block 3b/4b

When in 2023 are ECO looking to drill the wells on the 3B/4B block? Has there been any indication as to which quarter it will be?

Last year they spent around A$12m on the acquisition of Texas Oil which means they had around A$20-22m before the spud and raise in Feb. Also note rig contractor was paid in shares last year.

They currently have A$17.5m. In it's 6-7 year history, 88e raise once around August-November and then raise in Februray/March. There is usually a 4-6 month gap between every raise. So the next placing if we go according to history should be around Feb/March. And the raise just before spud has always been at a premium to the previous raise (in this case was at 0.52p).

If you look at last year's GM resolution they were the same as this years. People expected a placing back then too but the shareprice did 100% before the placing in Feb 2022. The same in 2020.

He just can't accept people are buying #88e instead of #panr. Would be crazy buying PANR at £700m market cap when not so long ago the market cap there was half of 88e's

based on the premise that we will be drilling on ice pad and roads spudding will have to take place Jan - Feb time to enable us to be off the tundra mid-April at the latest.
Even if we are close to the Dalton Highway (proposed lease is adjacent) I can't see us putting down a gravel pad for what is an "exploration" well .

because that's how it has been for the last 6-7 years.
