- raised £600,000 via placing at 0.42p in November 2019 - now debt free - had cash balances of £400k end of Jan 2020

- looking to sell/develop/commercialise their Iclaprim and other assets

- market cap was £125m this time last year before the FDA requested additional data inorder to consider approving Iclaprim

- old board gone, new directors appointed: John Palmer and Bernadette M. Barron.

- tens of millions of pounds in tax losses

it has spiked 6 times to .08p in the last few months and as high as .1045p - even as a trade it should be a no brainer.

Even if they paid £500k-£1m for the debt - it is clearly in their interest to make this work. The same with RGM but the difference there is that there is still debt left with RGM and the market cap is twice as big already.

I bought some yesterday and today

market cap close to cash levels - recent placing at .0525p is 30% higher than current price - C4 Energy have bought the loan for £2.5m with conversion rights at 0.05p so they will definitely have a bash at this as I don't see them throwing away £2.5m away

Besides, if only what you said about cash balances was true, I am in #OVB whose market cap is nearly half of their cash balance. Sometime's its momentum and potential newsflow that drives a share price forward. Of course all conjecture on my part.

So far there's been a 2M trade at 3.75p and 2 x 1M trades at 4.45p

market makers are making it very difficult to buy by not giving any buy quotes - they have no stock.
