I would expect another CR in Q1 to fully fund the drill. The question is how much higher will the shareprice be by then. Also something to consider, maybe they will pay the rig contractor in shares (like they did last year). That is also a very likely scenario.

Not the RNS we was hoping for but hopefully they can get it resolved asap. Both parties are eager to complete deal so it's just a waiting game now.

The buyer has bought an AIM stock last year and one listed on NASDAQ earlier this year. No reason to suggest they won't be going through this sale after initially making a $100m offer.

it went to 1.25p in July (nearly 200%) when it was 8 months away from the drill. The Americans will take it higher again

nice you managed £16,000 profit from ARB after buying at 20p and the shareprice dropping to 4p... makes sense

Yes agree, they will raise Feb/March next year, by which time the shareprice will be around 1.50p. That's 200% from here. Needs to do 400% to get back to £450m market cap like it was in March 2022, where you was promoting ;)

@86ee - looks like you are new to the stock market hence your uninformed post. But kudos to you for at least admitting you are after a cheaper entry.

I will say it one more time - look through the last 5/6 years - they raise around August/September - the shareprice multibags - then they raise in Feb march or April - every year it has been the same for the last 5-6 years. Can you show me to the contrary?

I noticed you are in DELT, QBT and ARB. ARB has tanked from 20p when you bought, but I would still sell all of those and buy 88e. You will make more money.

The whole point of us buying stocks is to make money so why wouldn't he want to make more money by buying 88e and selling PANR. Even he will admit the upside potential and likelihood of making more money is greater here.

The question Scot should be asking is if he should sell his PANR shares to buy 88e. PANR is a £700m market cap, why risk holding for flow rates which even if position may see a 20-30% rise. Wouldn't it make more sense to buy 88e which is £90m market cap and has a history of doing 200-300% rises?

Look at the last 4/5 year history, raise in August/September... Shareprice bags or multi bags... Then a raise in Feb or March. Prove me wrong.

So you're right there will be a raise but after the shareprice has gone significantly higher.

I know you're invested in PANR but surely there is more upside potential here? And if PANR do well then 88e will have a lot of catching up to do. 88e market cap was £450m 6-7 months ago. It's currently £90. It would need to go to 2.50p with the new shares in issue to get back to £450m market cap.

There is a few of them that have tried, they are after an entry there's no other way about it. They don't want the shareprice to move without them so they think their negative comments will help lol

Look at the last 4/5 year history here, they do a placing around August/September (which they have already done this year), the shareprice doubles or triples or quadruples, then they do a placing around February/March. They have been doing this for so many years. Look at the chart. I think it will probably go to 1.5p (gap fill at 1.90p) before they do a placing in Q1 next year.

There's your incentive.
