RE: investor call tomorrow22 Jan 2020 10:38
CFO buying 10 Dec suggests at least at that point in time nothing too sensitive but things might of course have moved on. Personally less bothered about director buying (or not) more interested in news on financing. I understand the need to keep cards close to their chest (presumably for many reasons - regulatory, NDA, sensitive to negotiations etc) but nobody can be surprised if the company doesn't re-rate by itself on little news.
Essentially the situation is at the moment we are valued as we are valued based on the assets themselves. Market ascribes them £30m (ex cash). This is too low (imho), but the market is the market, it is waiting for concrete (or at least, strong indications) on financing before it moves us on.
The call tomorrow I suspect will be a 'hang in there it is coming' type message. Question is how specific can they be on what is coming and when. And does the market react, we will see...
