A further damning indictment of this bunch of incompetent, evasive and highly unprofessional people headed by someone who should now be given the heave-ho without compensation. She has brought one of the most high profile fraud investigation agencies in the World into total disrepute and made it a laughing stock.
To me it was always significant that after over 4 years of trying to dredge up dirt on Petrofac the best they could come up with was tantamount to something that might have featured in an internal auditor's report vis "failure to prevent......"
with the associated piddling fine of 75 million bucks, when they were probably licking their SFO lips at the prospect of a few hundred million.

I only hope you are right Paddyboy but a 13% drop in the SP since the results were announced certainly does not
engender such positive thinking.
The wretched, grubby, sanctimonious bean counters at SFO did massive damage to the company while continuing to try to prop up their miserable shambolic and error plagued existence. They then walked away having nicked 75 million bucks of our money, some of which went to pay their annual bonuses no doubt, without a thought as to the fact that it could take years for Petrofac to recover. But then since when did civil service folk give a jot for the taxpayers who fund their featherbedded unaccountable existence.

Belated thanks for your input-I have been a bit preoccupied after learning of the death of two Friends in the last 48 hours.
On top of your calculations etc it occurs to me that as sundry Directors hold thick end of a million shares between them are they going to propose anything which might leave them well out of pocket?
Make up your own minds on that one!

Would value your reasoning behind your opinion as I too am still a bit wary of this so called company largesse.
As I see it unless the SP rebounds after the overall 25% reduction on the basis of reduced shares in issue Vs same NAV
then we will be worse off. I have just gone through a consolidation on another share and it has been a disaster albeit with
a rather less solid company.

Unfortunately we are now in the middle of an "information desert" and, as we all know, the SP is totally information sensitive rather than being valued for the company's array of very promising products.

Not sure what to think about this share any more. TM et al seem oblivious to the consequences of bringing PH on board, the much vaunted consolidation and the subsequent SP debacle. So much for the financial expertise said to arrive with Parker et al and, of course, our friends at PH who were going to be instrumental in bringing in II's.
On the other hand we still have excellent products we are told but I get back again to the apparent reluctance of the BoD
to galvanise our PR people to get our name up in lights. Without some vibrant publicity we are just going to womble along in the same old way with regular SP manipulation.
All IMO of course and I stand to be corrected in a constructive fashion (rather than abused by Colbalt, but he has filtered me anyway-childish behaviour)

As for their colleagues on the BoD who are supposed to provide the financial acumen, just along for the ride collecting nice fat fees for doing sweet FA apart from the occasional tweet. AIM Boards of D. are littered with them.
It still beggars belief however that we are still buggering about at £1.30 which is a complete travesty when all things are considered

.....being the subject of abuse and ridicule may I just say this.
We have a wonderful stable of winners or so we are told and whether or not one considers SP movements to be a yardstick the fact remains that despite ongoing good news our SP is languishing at May 2021 levels and is STILL some 20% below its pre-consolidation level. Furthermore it seems that said winners are not receiving the publicity they so clearly deserve so this begs the question what are our PR people and the other hangers on we seem to have accumulated over the last few years doing for their money???? We have 2 great scientists beavering away behind the scenes-what on earth are the other jokers doing??
Yes-we seem to have a great future-WE know that so why the Donald don't the people who matter know it as well and are thus encouraged to invest in us big time and so put our SP where it ruddy well should be????
