Regarding Gils last presentation he did mention Venezuelan Oil sanctions, thought this a bit random seeing they have been in place (mainly) since 2019.

Was thinking maybe the Jethro discovery was of some significance to the potential Orinduik deal.

Recent Heavy/sour crude pricing has been strong and Venz output has reduced over the years circa 75% (I think)

Could be some Orinduik deal anytime!! I hope.

Lets hope Orinduik is settled soon like 3/4B.

Looking FWD I noted Gil mentioned XOM drilling expo hole soon-ish in North Walvis! Hopefully spice things up a little, massive potential I think for us in time to come in this area.

Was also looking at Block 1 potential, again Gil mentioned we might have a partner for the Oil side (maybe deep water at the pointy part of the block) So we are now seeing the Gas word mentioned more in Namibia and I guess Guyana. Again massive potential this decade for Gas process and mobilisation in the area.

Regarding Orinduik and (glass half full) or is that fool, I think waiting longer for a decision may point to possibly Exxon. If a new person bid was chosen then maybe it should have been announced by now.

During the last presentation Gil mentioned interested party was looking over the Jethro data! So lets hope the data is good and representative of the discovery RNS.

Iam upbeat regarding Orinduik (I had written it off) but with the Hammerhead development proposal it certainly changed that. Fingers crossed.

Looks like AOI Like 3/4B potential and seems exploration may well happen. I think Walvis could be massive for Eco and when is that going to progress?

Orinduik?? Has Hammerhead proposed development complicated and potentially extended negotiation?

I think Orinduik is the one that could surprise one way or other but not necessary next news.

These type deals are well known to move at a very slow pace, some say Glacial.

But you never know the next RNS could be for another acquisition or asset development.

For me the Hammerhead news dominates now (from a ECO perspective) IMO, A lot has been said already however XOM should be producing as per WC post so could you imagine another FPSO on Orinduik producing alongside if XOM are not interested?

For me this has already put value on our share price and blimey what an investment opportunity.

EOM new's regarding Hammerhead development is significant, if they want Orinduik we will have tangible value!!! Just need the RNS for the market will then value and all without drilling a hole.

Correct me if I am wrong; We have a major heavy oil discovery (Jethro). And next door XOM are developing Hammerhead 1 part of a proposed heavy oil project plus others. Thats good.

Yes some big numbers with the Chevron Hess deal. Looks like it could conclude in 2/3 weeks? Maybe Orinduik news could be circa then too.

This is a nice distraction while we wait for Total or could it eclipse.

I think at one point during Exxon Hammerhead drill Eco shared its 3D with them (nice neighbour).

I guess the big question is are Exxon up for a collaboration in Orinduik? Hopefully find out soon-ish

Starvin, thought 15% but not sure. The timing of this move is very interesting. Think they have drilled Four appraisal wells so far in Hammerhead.
