US sanctions removing Urals crude from the market, this is heavy high-is sulphur crude. Pushed Oil price up a bit but .You can see XOM strategy with Hammerhead.

Jethro lobe crude slightly higher in sulphur but not much.

Note Urals is normally blended with light Siberian crude for export.
