Interesting how they tested the Oil in a refining situation. Also as said before Hammerhead associated gas could be an extension to the Gas-to-shore project. Maybe the export pipe will run through Orinduik?

Understanding when the drill bit will turn is difficult to predict in SA and Guyana. Orinduik Drill in 2026 quoted by CEO! Us punters understand the restrictions on the licence circa end of year (bit of a disconnect). Lots of moving parts.

Can't help thinking of the timing for the latest CEO communication?? With the deadline for a fresh Expo well looming I can't understand how it can be done in time, so IMO it's going to need a special move of strategy. Fascinating.

Think Orinduik would be of strategic value to XOM not just the obvious reasons (no further comment). I guess it's all about the timeline now not who but when. Many long term holders here, its hard to leave hey.

Just to point out that SA currently uses 85% Coal for energy (proper fossil fuel) and that's not ideal. They have an active strategy to develop into Oil & Gas and broadly renewables. I mention Gas because it is the transition fuel of choice probably for the next 25 years or so.

Tulow are in the news re their KUDA Gas project (next to block 1). Lots of potential for us in Block 1 and other assets.

Yes, broadly agree. If one was to be a bit brutal or direct, the lack of transparency in the Jethro / Joe finds were very disappointing . And TLW blinked first. Also the Director sell or was it a fat finger or cyber sculdugary sell didn't help the integrity of ECO and leadership. Hence (really) the market valuation.

As you might know I bought on the IPO and sold half the holdings at 172p, later on I sold some for my Wife at 42p and thought I was robbed)

So we are where we are and not worth selling at these prices.

Having said all that it could surprise us all one day with (A proper) Farm-out RNS or sale to XOM.
