1. It isn’t the judge that has declared the future value of this share to be zero or otherwise, it is Cineworld BOD (and they’re hopeful creditors) via number of releases both through LSE and Kroll, and by triggering news campaigns to support their desires.

2. Jobs are by no means protected by the proposed RSA. Who knows what a new, privately owned company might do in the future and the effect future plans might have on employees?

3. The judge is the one person who should remain impartial. He is there to demonstrate to all concerned that the ethical and legal principles of this case have been correctly addressed and handled fairly and impartially.

4. The judge has allowed the inclusion of the possibility of a shareholders committee.

5. The question of whether Cineworld.Plc is solvent or insolvent, matters greatly.

Audited Figures are still not available and some for no explained reason so far. Curious.

6. There is no reason for the shares to be suspended prior to (currently) the 28th when the judge will sum up and deliver a verdict. This date could be postponed if shareholders are allowed to set up a committee and find ways of demonstrating that Cineworld is currently solvent. Unless cineworld declare full fledged bankruptcy and move into administration.

However, thats a whole new ballgame leading to potential break up and sell-off in parts.

Well, I’ve left some small change in here. Couldn’t help noticing yesterday that price was drifting down but impossible to buy at times. Someone collecting shares? Could be the BOD I suppose, spending their dwindling funds trying to buy a majority lol.
