Paid trolls, working to conjure a lower buy price. Like crocs waiting for weaker ducklings so they can gobble them up for a big fat feast. The fact that they are here says it all. After all: We all want to get rich - by hook or by crook. Lol. This looks like a prime hunting ground.

The Zam Ministry are hoping for the best deal for their people but they’ll want to get on with some wealth creation soon and then the deal will be done, proving up will begin, share price will rise. It’s really that simple.

Talks ongoing. I suspect there might be disagreements about tax and revenue percentages for Zim Gov v Miners. That’s the sort of thing that holds up final decisions. But at least it’s not Europe! Look how long they take to decide anything.

Agree with that Neil. I’ve been fairly lucky with my timings so far but had to keep options open all day today. In @0.19 and a few more @0.17. Sold the lot @3.36 around 4pm today.

Bought back in tranches between 4-4.30pm.

Now the wait. Judging by the RNS, it would seem that both VIABLE and SOLVENT would suggest a large acquisition on the cards. In terms of charts We are currently in a huge gap (2.5 - 7.50).

I don’t believe this is over yet. Unless there is something unknown - always a possibility - until the judge decides.

Wouldn’t want to miss further potential and willing to accept outcome either way.

This time I decided to pick a few up yesterday @ 0.19.

I imagine the cash burn since May has reduced the remainin cash pile down to 0.1p from 0.2p/share although no one knows for certain as we cannot be sure how much is been siphoned off by the current bod for remuneration and expenses. - however, maybe providing 50% hedge - at a guess lol.

I’m still hoping that whoever hoovered the chunk of shares from PH last time around has a purpose beyond mere trading. About to find out.

Brilliant and I concur. After FORD707’s ballpark figure approach I had the 11% rattling around my head last night lol.

I agree that in the grand scheme this will prove negligible and the dilution as such will hopefully be countered by further defining and consolidation of asset(s), CPR and Prospectus, etc.

Looking forward to coming announcements and PG’s future plans.

From memory, I have two lots

24th Nov 2022: “ 15,710,972 New Ordinary Shares, resulting from the exercised share options, at a price of £0.08 to raise £1,256,877.70 before expenses of £92,981.”

And

28 June, 2023

“ Paul Griffiths and Lonny Baumgardner will sell17,500,000 and 500,000 ordinary shares respectively (the "Sales Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence each (the "Sales Price") to raise £1,890,000 (before expenses)

That’s circa total 34M shares, or approx 7.5% of company.

Are there any other outstanding options/debts to add, does anyone know of?

If so, then by your reckoning buying now will make oodles more money. I’ve witnessed the policy of waiting to see if the price will drop further many times and with mixed results. I imagine savvy investors are buying in tranches, following the price movement in order to absorb the bargain as it currently stands.

I often start with a small loss before news, or sentiment/anticipation alters the trend.

The alternative,’ wait and see’ strategy misses the very important compounding that results from the early stage of a bull turn/run. I’m currently avg of 2p and now at 50% final capacity. Will buy another tranche next week, whether higher or lower. There’s no knowing when news will be released but likely to get an update at any time.

Discipline counts.

Does anyone else recall George mentioning in his last interview that the vote for further headroom was blocked at the last minute, or some such equivalent wording.

Canmax - 13%(+?) perhaps always had the intention of cornering PREM, blocking alternative funds (dilution) and acquiring an increasingly cheap supply of Lithium for the foreseeable. If so, I doubt we will see any further deals with Canmax. George has to assume litigation/arbitration resulting from FM route so plays olive branch and sweetness while preparing for alternative route once production and revenue commences imv.

Therefore, eyes on Stark and output tests. Meanwhile lookout for signs of behind scenes pressure on Zim Ministry from Beijing. Would not be surprised at all as CCP are represented on every company board.

At what stage does a respectable organisation like lse.co.uk hand over address details to police fraud investigation? Surely if rules are breached and there is evidence of attempted boiler room price manipulation, then surely a company with standards to protect would do the honourable thing and not leave the poor unsuspecting investor. (Ie: its customers) to do all the grunt work.

I expect a decent service for the constant barrage of fake ads and pervy pop-ups I see on here. Lol.
