My problem Jimini - and I may not be alone in this feeling - that you are relentlessly negative. If I had taken your advice a few months ago, I wouldn't even be here, but you keep pounding on. Of course most of us who persevere are holders who read the site looking to find some positive developments.
So what is your purpose if not to drive the price down?
Do you have some Messianic purpose to save strangers from losing their money? In that case, there are lots of boards to be busy with. Why so much on SDRY? Or maybe you are everywhere spreading tales of gloom.
If only here, please desist. If we want negative news, we can read you previous comments.

Maybe quiet but definitely movement in the share price surely - crashing Monday and again yesterday for no ostensible reason except MM fiddling, particularly yesterday's 4% drop.
Perfectly mirrored Boohoo's drop and I think the MM were reading the same bible.
As for Julian, I do hope he is still in the wings somewhere. Do let me know if you hear from him.

Meanwhile, the Evening Standard here in London did a similarly negative thing, not merely the Merrill Lynch downgrades but underlining ML's opinion and reporting it as if it was a fact:
"the young people are losing interest in fast fashion."
Really offensive behaviour for ES. No evidence of anyone losing interest.
Try telling the Kashardians that the wave is passing let alone past.

Thanks for the update. Definitely not so good news in that it means a delay at least.
On the other hand, maybe the old brokers would never have come up with a plan so the delay to find new help might not matter.
Either way, hope he gets on with it because we need some good news soon and current management do not seem able to provide it.

But even at my most skeptical I have to find a value of £5 ludicrous given the brand etc.

Surely has to be some upswing - it's currently only 1/4 of its peak.

Well, we did not get the bounce prior to closing. Maybe some profit taking.
But I agree it was way oversold in November. Surely that is the case.
As for tomorrow, no telling. As we know, even good results sometimes have no impact.
But this one is so damn low that I think it has to move up as long as the sky doesn't fall in.
That is to say, as long as they don't make this the third negative statement in a row.
Frankly I am hopping for a happy surprise rather than negativity. My god they have been warned enough that it is time to show some management and potential. Fingers crossed.

I agree that SDRY trading at something like 6 times given its international spread etc is ludicrous.
Yesterday was surely manipulation.

Yes, late in the day about 3.30 things picked up a bit.
For what it is worth, ASOS went through a similar curve yesterday.
Down significantly then up late afternoon.
Was one of the few shares that followed SDRY's movements.
Does it mean anything? Well, we have opened Flat so the jury is still out at the minute.

I am in no position to cash out - unless it is going to drop another 30%!!!
Like you I am hoping this is a shakeout pre-results.
Maybe even some MM pushing it down so they can buy cheaper before the Results - and make a sackful.

Well Jimini, even I know that 2% is not a huge amount given the scale of the previous drop but it is a considerable given my investment.
Secondly no stock will ever get to 10% up or 50% up if it does not start with 2% agreed.
I only mentioned the rise because it was higher than I had seen recently during the first half hour and I was asking if anyone had any idea why it was up.
Now it seems like there was no reason other than the usual vagaries of the markets.
Now we are must wait to see what happens Feb 7th.

`I live in the West End of London and the only thing not on sale at 70% off in any shop from Accessorize to Zara is FOOD because people are stocking piling that for Brexit.
Of course I am still on edge about Feb 7th results but have to hope they will be an improvement on the last note.

So the directors have ploughed their dividends back into the stock.
Actually, I did that as well.
Not big news I guess but a lot better than a sell.

Former Nike executive, Phil Dickinson, will join Superdry as creative director on 22 January.

Dickinson previously held a number of senior roles with Nike. He spearheaded the brand’s 2007 push into football as global creative director of football and led the successful turnaround of the Umbro brand in 2011 as vice president creative director.

Or in market parlance, I sold some after a rise, as I feared a fall, but it kept going up.
So when it next looked like climbing solidly, I held and of course it dropped.
T'was always thus for all investors.
More strange is that yesterday the market was up for many, many shares and still BOO couldn't get a hit. It does make you think someone is pulling negative strings.
