As for visiting the flagship, yes, I did go in. Sorry to admit it, but I have never been in before. I am not much of a shopper. So I was actually surprised by the place. I felt it was a bit like an Alpine ski shop, which might be good or bad I would not know. But I agree with you, the place lacked zip. I did not see something of the flaws you mentioned but there were tags on the floor, merchandise needed straightening and sales people seemed scarce. Only plus was that the place was busy and many tags were full price.
Finally, re your previous comment, marketing departments are best when the product is good and it seems SDRY desperately needs to launch something to create the buzz you mention. And Nike sneakers is not going to cut it. I understand these guys are somehow cash rich so they should use it to get some new lines out there.
