Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Andy, I've known you a long time on here and you, me. I've been calling out this point of view since last year when I finally grew tired of the never ending tales of impending success which always lead to nothing but cash raising, dilution and failed objectives. You've been courteous in terms of disagreeing with me on some occasions and pointed out that there was still money to be made from a trading perspective despite acknowledging that my assertions might have validity. Thank you for that courtesy - i hope it's felt reciprocated. You are one of the very few posters on here that I respect because you at least tell it like it is no matter what your own interests. I hope you manage to get away from this godawful stock with at least no losses.
You sir.....talk sense.
In my opinion they are all in it together. brokers, nomads, directors, so called media outlets and share tipsters, but you know....maybe it's just the paranoia of a disgruntled investor with an proverbial axe to grind
Got drawn in by all the fking ramping by self confessed shard capital clients. I'm sure they made a few quid at the expense of the people they drew in though
Go find my post where I state that it's my intention to destroy this share. date, time, exact quote. Go. I'll wait here while you do. If you see potfuk ask him how he's doing...he's gonna be buried under posts looking for something too
sorry to be the harbinger of continued cynicism but I would regard such action to be entirely fruitless. You'd have more joy taking one of Bezzers Kleenex and venting your frustrations into that.
go get that post. go on. i'll wait here while you fetch it. time/date and exact wording.
to build on manlord's points, which I entirely understand...I'm rather disappointed myself that I have to get embroiled in pettiness since my aim over the past few months has been to point out exactly what you have just said yourself Andy. That this is a PoS that gives AIM the reputation is has. Yet, as you know, I have been pilloried, goaded and sniped at repeatedly because I've presented a contrary view to the happy ramping gang and call out what I believe to be the truth here. yes, i respond in kind - its the only approach that really penetrates the sort of mindless nonsense posted by these people at times. and today i feel rather vindicated because I said for some time that this event would happen. and the attempt to dress it up in the RNS in the way they have seems to mock an audience that they clearly still perceive to be willing to buy it. and its for that reason and the belief I hold which is that the individuals involved at a management level here lack integrity and have no intention whatsoever to follow through on their stated aims and objectives but rather to continue to line their own pockets and those of their associates from the pockets of the people they mock. for those who do not remember Q2/3 2014 when the rotgulden bomb dropped - consider the famous phrase. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
no. never. not ever. but leapfrog will tell you 50p is possible if you ask him.
if you're referring to the prospect of libel....you ought to go look up UK law on that and you'll find that anything I've said is expressed as my opinion and not presented as fact. as you say....they are assumptions...not assertions. i wouldn't expect you to see the subtlety of that any more than i'd expect you to realise that in the extremely unlikely circumstances that anyone was foolish enough to consider such an action then there would have to be quite a significant amount of discovery to establish the facts which I am more than confident would support my opinion. this is why the likes of tom winnifrith doesnt seem to have too much trouble with companies that threaten him. you sir are the idiot here. not I
and it is my belief that this little sideline charges NMG for its services (unproven - because they'll never give transparency on suppliers) think about when they say consultants to the company have been issued shared in lieu of payment also think about when minutes are taken at 'meetings' (see basic company secretarial services) ... sort of like paying your self to attend a meeting ...twice! i guess some would call it ''work'.
for the record ..my kids are quite old enough to amuse themselves - they don't need constant attention...unlike you. interesting that this topic continues to be more interesting to you than the state of this PoS share youve been ramping to death over the past few months. i guess the less that happens the more panicky you get that you won't see any profit.
"soon" LOL one day. in the 'near term'. maybe. whoosh.....goes another paper aeroplane across the office
Too much of a PoS for ASX. Besides..the salaries are better here. As are the bars to spend it in
That would involve actually doing something akin to an honest days work. If you want location of big stinking rat....I would start in Charles Street and then follow your nose. The waft of bullsh17 won't be hard to trace
Ran the figures. 0X700 =0. Thanks. It was worth reminding myself how much income this PoS will ever generate
With a 50p price guess ladies and gentleman. That's 2.5bn mcap. For a lifestyle aim PoS run by WA shysters. they'll be sitting in their little office in Charles Street making paper aeroplanes out of £50 notes and laughing their butts off at that one.
I said delays. and there were delays. I said no production. And there is no production. these boys are masters of spinning a line to suck investors in and then delivering the inevitable disappointment
tools on twitter like @plucking_aim saying that the shares will be worth 50p each and the mindless ramping from you lot starts to look acceptable obviously he can't tell the difference between pence and pounds - otherwise he'd realise that that would give an MCAP of £2.5bn. But then rampers don't pay attention to things like shares in issue, earnings, multipliers etc when throwing out silly valuations.
