RE: I'm beginning to think Greg23 Nov 2017 14:46
remember the famous saying 'a mine is a hole in ground with a liar standing next to it'
remember also that 'promises and dreams are easier to sell that realities'...hence why people have traditionally been willing to part with their cash for shares in 'the next big discovery'. A lot of people were selling this as the next SOLG..where are they now?
the number of exploration projects which become mines is something like 1 in 1000 (at best!) ... there's the reality which is harder to sell. and of course mines are tricky businesses to operate...typically they are run by mining companies not explorers and even with a bit of turd polish and a fancy rebrand...this collection of AIM rinsers is not and will unlikely ever be a mining company.
your best bet? hang on long enough and hope that an actual mining company is willing to part with cash for the proiect. the risk being that by the time that happens its been RE-diluted back down to billions of shares.
you have to think of AIM companies, and especially AIM explorers, as rolls of toilet paper. They get used, asses get wiped and when the value is all gone down the toilet the shell is thrown away and another one gets opened.
anyone checked the weather in perth today? hope its sunny for the Kuenzel annual christmas trip back to see the amily ...4-6 weeks of sunshine, beer and barbeque and then back to blighty to work on what story to spin for the next fundraise.
oh and when thinking about who to trust...a certain someone has gone very quiet lately. That'll be because he's been selling his shares on the way down and will no doubt be back soon to tell all about the 100m ozs of gold once he's bought some back cheaper.
i continue to look on with interest to see where this ulimately does end up
