Kinda sad when I try to point out the facts and I end up get criticised and filtered by people more intent on sticking their heads up their backsides. I actually have a holding here. But you know....instead of trying to present some reality...I'll just pander to some Portsmouth hard of thinking instead
The owners of cora get shares in Glenwick. In return...Glenwick owns cora. The new share base will be a lot bigger. A consolidation will be needed. Current share base is 2.2bn. the shares given to cora owners will be 91% of the enlarged share base so that would have to be 20bn. 20/22. expect a 100:1 consolidation. Basically this means existing holders will end up getting rinsed as further dilution on the consolidated share base is a certainty.
from what i understand...cancellation of admiission to trading doesnot mean you lose your shares. it just means you cant trade them on AIM. you still hold shares in the company. I would expect that there would be a conversion of those shares into shares of whatever entity is relisted and these would be tradeable.
Experienced and educated in what? Spouting a neverending flow of BS in order to indirectly fill own pockets with cash from the people they seek to mislead?
i doubt you'll get a reply on that because I doubt there is any plan in place to start production. i doubt there is a plan in place for anything other than generating more cash for salaries and bonuses. handy that the share price has dropped like this...it'll make it easier to generate a little rise in order to get the placing shares flipped into the hands of the mug retail investors. there is a word for the sort of people that run companies like this and the sort of people that prop them up. it is what one might SCour off ones bUM.
"they'll have to follow MARL soon and consolidate so they can continue to dilute without it becoming a sub "tenth of a penny" share as you like to keep calling it." And from here...it'll turn from .01p at 4.8bn shares to 10p with 47m shares and soon after they will place another 10-20m shares at 10p for £1m (equivalent of 1-2bn pre consol) shares and continue to screw the retail investor as they have done for 5 years
Your last 7 words. That. Not all shareholders. Just the ones that buy "retail"
A "mining" company ...and try his hand at running a raffle. Which technically he has been doing since 2011 anyway, handing out bits of paper to all and sundry and rewarding the "lucky" few with prizes
Dear mug punters The game is up. We've diluted the life out of this over the past 3 years in order to keep our personal bank accounts full of cash. Now we can't convince even the worst bucket shops to give us any more because our reputation is dirt, we are synonymous with false promise and non delivery and there simply isn't the liquidity to facilitate flipping so much as a pancake worth of shares. Let's we're going to do what all good AIM dogs do and try and pretend like it never happened. With a hundred to 1 consolidation we can start diluting the hell out of it again and we will even change the name so people forget who we are. Luckily we've got a load of old headed paper from 2011 when we were first admitted as Gold Mining Company which bears only the initials so we can reuse that and save money for ourselves. Oh...and ps....we desperately need cash....kids go to see grandparents in Perth for Xmas and flights aren't cheap, plus I'm thinking of getting rhinoplasty because my nose seems to get bigger with every RNS issued. So expect a placing in a minute. Reckon we will need a couple million. We will get the shard crew back to ramp the life out of it while they join in the flipping. they'll be back on the boards before you know it. Thanks for being our loyal mug punters, Your indefatigably dilutive leader GK
i bought a 5k of solg at 1.5p ..ive been in and out of that since summer of 13 and always done well released at 19p earlier i'm off out to get very drunk!! cheers!! :)
or are you suggesting that DG will get binned off? presumably DG is going to cost something to acquire .... within the £1.1m (gross of fees)? or is another stash of confetti going to be issued to cover that? so again....less than £200k in the bank at 30/6.... 1.1m raised (gross of fees) for 'due diligence and development' of DG. how are kvemo bolnisi and sitel sopeli going to be advanced on £200k? and more importantly...how are Greg, Martyn and the rest of the gang going to feed their poor families? how will those business class tickets back to perth for christmas going to get paid for? huge placing inbound....and it doesn't look like anyone is buying the guff to get the share price up enough to avoid a titanic dilution.
That was to fund due diligence and "development" of David garedji so technically it's already spent. do you lot ever actually read the RNS?
christmas fast approaches. Flights to Oz to see the famalam. Possibly followed by a little new year skiing in the Austrian alps. would expect a placing in q4
Where exactly does it say that he got them when nmg bought into georgia? If that's the case though he would have had a +5% shareholding in the company at the time. Shouldn't that have been declared. 2 other major shareholders managed it. I don't need to do anything.
LSE don't like questions being asked about this stock. Heres the question again. when did the new NED acquire his 140m shares + the options at 0.14p. And how? Delete it again. If that happens i think next stop may be certain journalists with a keen interest in corruption on AIM. because it's starting to feel like certain service providers are now censoring content because it inconveniences their own commercial aims. I do of course screen shot every post once posted so nothing is ever really deleted. Feel free leapfrog.
the ask is absolutely NOT at 13. the bid is at .13. so that shoots down that attempt to convince people that there are buyers here. I'd say all sells...even the ones showing blue. hardly surprising that people are dumping and running here. the fantasy has been shattered. it seems it was just another story to encourage buyers without any substantive prospect of realisation
http://guffsturdpolish.com/ Maybe this is where all the money is going
You mean to say they've picked another country where they can't (don't have to) do any work during the Australian summer. I mean European winter? what's the skiing like in Georgia? Any good?
You ought to stop being offensive to people with your veiled insults. I'd have thought you would have been warned about it by now. Seems you just can't help yourself in the same way you can't understand basic English and accuse people of making threats when clearly they haven't. #deleteYourAccount
