Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
so you've guesstimated 30koz p/a based on no facts ... why not go all the way and guesstimate the expected net income to the company on that basis. I'm fascinated to hear what you think the company will bank as revenue from their 30koz of gold.
Reaching production and begin producing are the same thing. Even if you want to debate that you clearly can't answer the question. Similarly, I asked what was going to be produced. You say gold. Can you clarify because I don't think noricum are going to produce gold. perhaps you'd like to give us your definition of gold production and then we can see whether we agree. Or perhaps more importantly you can see whether it lines up with what this company are planning to produce. I'd expect you to know exactly what the company are planning to do and what the output or product of their work is going to be. I expect you think that they are going to be producing nice shiny gold bullion and selling it at 1200 an Oz right?
That's not what I asked. I asked how much cash the co has currently and how much is required to begin producing. what is being produced? What does production actually mean? Have you asked these questions? Has anyone? Has a clear and unambiguous reply been given or are you just repeating high level statements without understanding what the mean or how feasible they are to achieve?
- how much cash does it currently have and how much is required to reach production? - how much is expected to develop the wider asset and how much of the required capital is required to be generated from sale of material extracted from the initial pit? - explain how it is easy to get to a £20-25m valuation for this company?
'exiting times ahead' - an ironically accurate assessment.
I respect your civility Andy ... It does separate you from the crowd as a man of integrity. Now as to whether you can speak for everyone here in terms of agenda, I would suggest not. I would suggest that a great number of early buyers are keen to leave as quickly as possible at prices far below that which they would call out in order to pass on their holdings to someone who is still expecting some upside but whom you and I both know will likely be disappointed. Buying a 20p widget for 10pence and telling the market it's worth 10 pound so you can sell it at for a pound is essentially the form guide here. As for my past posts, I was certainly more positive about the prospects here, even when I was the ONLY voice here for quite some time. So I changed my mind based on experience. I'm entitled to do so and I certainly feel qualified to do so having spent so much time and energy understanding the information being presented to investors and potential investors, even some of the information that was not made so readily available which only proper due diligence would identify. I am not being bitter or vitriolic at all. I am merely stating that I don't believe this latest success story in the making will amount to anything beyond another major placing and dilution or worse for retail investors. And I'm challenging the happy clappy gang to substantiate the opinion that ends up on this board whether it be the blind replay of statements from management team which offer very little in the way of substance or the wild claims of share price hikes that will value this company into tens or hundreds of millions and beyond. Once again, I am being held up as an unreasonably negative voice by a group of people with a vested interest in a contrary opinion. It's not exactly strong ground and even if 1000 of you say the same...I'll still guarantee that none of you will be here saying positive things about the company once you've sold out. Im lucky enough to be able to afford to be the constant
Provided you don't try and pretend that you are doing anything other than talking up the prospects here up so that you can get out at the earliest sign of a recoupment of your long term paper losses and hand that burden over to someone else. My 'bleating' as you put it (still being personal, still being aggressive in tone) is not about my past losses. When have I mentioned my alleged past losses? Go do your post search and provide me with the bleating about past losses. It'll hardly be inconsequential when, as I expect, people will find themselves stuck here asking what happened to all the people that were saying such positive things about the company in March, April, May etc. It will be very relevant. I'll still be here. Hell, I might even go short a few shares at some point as I'm sure many of the early buyers here will. Who knows. You certainly don't.
I don't have enough time in my life for revenge pickle. It's not about any individuals. The names may change but the practices remain. If this is your gentle encouragement to leave the board and let you all have the place to yourselves so you can continue to hype up the prospects I'm afraid I'm going to have to disappoint. Arguably I could be on a myriad of other boards doing the same thing but I know this one well enough to be able to back up my opinions with a degree of fact based experience. So thanks, but I'll stay. I couldn't give a rats about Greg, Jeremy, Martyn, Michael or any other the other noses in this particular trough. They are just noses.
before anyone takes the time out of their day to extract a peanut. Autocorrect.
I think Andy mentioned ethics in his original note - that I then replied to. You might want to read all of the thread before you continue to poke and prod at me. Far from making any valuable points you are really just coming off as being quite personal and aggressive on your ongoing attacks of me. As I keep saying...happy to take that offline and resolve.
Lol....if it was so clear we wouldn't be having this enlightening debate about it. I bet the guys dumping tens of millions of shares are literally watching and laughing their butts off!!'
Given fact that you have almost 0 knowledge as to the timing, value or volume or existence of any transaction of mine in this company I'd say that you were on thin ice trying to accuse me of poor ethics. Stick to talking about your belief in the prospects here and I'll stick to my beliefs about the prospects here. I have no interest in continuing to exchange verbal jabs in this public forum and your continued anger at me is only based in the fact that you might be financially affected if the share price doesn't go up and what I'm saying works counter to that hope. Give your jibes a rest and stick to the debate about the company.
I'm not a troll because I say things contrary to your preferences any more than you are a troll because you say things contrary to mine. Obviously where you are incapable of distinguishing betwee 0.5p and 0.50p or between lose and loose then it presents more of an issue.
Andy...I am well aware of your position on this and you might not be concerned with ethics, integrity etc but I suspect the poor sods that will be paying 0.5 p will be when they realise they have nothing but losses ahead of them. You concentrate on lining your pockets. I'll concentrate on ensuring people are aware of the very real risks here
Grow up man. You're typing like a child would speak in the playground. I've said before, if you want to do playground stuff contact me offline and we can meet for that. Otherwise maintain a little dignity
And u think Nmg are going to sell it as gold bullion at the price of $1200 an oz do you? Suggest you spend some time learning the business model of the business you are investing in before you spend any more money on it. That's assuming the business model here actually involves digging up and selling any gold ORE ... No evidence that I can see that suggests there have been any numbers put down on paper for that bit. Just the part of the business model that involves raising cash, supposedly drilling holes and paying salaries. That bit I'm clear on
Oh....it's up to 50pence a share now is it? Wait...let me just grab my calculator....yep....so that's a £2bn Mcap for a tinpot lifestyle entity with a couple of spade marks in a field in Georgia. Now solidly a ftse 100 company? Get a collective grip. On a kite handle ...with the kite tangled up on an electricity pylon line. Lord knows you all need the jolt to bring you back to earth Actually crying with laughter at the fact you type numbers like that
IF NMG extract gold ORE from the ground in Georgia and take it down the road to the toll treatment plant and sell it on the door and seek 50% of the income from that sale....I would value this company at whatever is an appropriate multiplier for a company with an income stream once I understand what the income stream looks like. How much ore? What grade? Expected price to be paid etc. Since not one of those numbers is known or has even seemingly been planned then what you are asking me to do is value 'pie in the sky' Until there is some evidence of something...anything..,it's worth nothing. It's only worth is what people are prepared to pay for it based on the belief they have that it will turn into something. Your prosperity is based on finding and encouraging believers without there being any substantial evidence to back it up. Usually that level of blind faith only operates in the realm of religion. But you are asking people to make financial commitments on it. So no, I won't tell you what I think this company is worth IF it mines and sells gold ORE To the local processing plant because I have no reason to believe it will ever happen. I'll tell you what I think it's worth now though. But you won't like to hear that
Obscene ramp, 2p....4 billion shares in issue..please tell us what Mcap the company will have at that point and how you arrive at that number ? I will patiently wait for your calculations. While we are at it ant , why don't you have a go at 0.5p and see what you can come up with. But remember,,,I already know why you are saying what you are saying...and it's not because you genuinely believe it to be true, but we also know that you haven't got the gumption to tell the truth about why you are making such spurious claims either.
I simply won't engage with the likes of you any more potluk. U are rude and rather boring in your constant personal insults. I will (pretend to) put you back on filter.
