Minus the fees for the placing and the quarter mill (minimum) that flows into the boards pockets. Has anyone asked how much of the £1m actually goes 'into the ground'? Stripping out office costs, media/pr costs, brokers etc etc....id be surprised if even 35% of it was spent on the resource.

Another Austrian asset bought and nothing being done with it. And 50% ownership of something that is seemingly so mineral rich, at surface , with such low cost production and with so much having been spent on it that one has to wonder why it was for sale in the first place ..but no one does wonder that.

Being picky is important when people are considering spending hundreds or thousands of pounds on something that constitutes a gamble. If you were sticking 5 grand on a horse you'd kind of want to know whether it had 4 legs or just 3 wouldn't you? You'd want to know whether it had ever actually run in a horse race before wouldn't you? Or is that too picky for you? Probably not since you've already backed this donkey. You're standing next to the tote shouting about how this is the next red rum.

"Nothing is certain" yet you say production has been promised for q3....which is it? Certain .... Or not certain? You can't have it both ways. Let me give you a clue. Hasn't been promised and is therefore 'not certain. My estimation as to the probability of production in q3 is somewhere in the 0.0 - 0.01% range.

'Years away from production' ....yet he was telling the market that rotgulden was a short term production play with a mobile processing unit ... "Within 18 months" was the actual phrase used in q and a with market media outlets like directors talk. I think someone might not be able to remember what they said 2-3 years ago. Which given the fact that this was a statement 'to the market' which influenced investors to buy stock, if he really knew that it was years away, they I would assert that the 'near term production with mobile processing plant ' statement could be regarded as a lie and constitute market abuse. Have a think about that when listening to new claims about the near term production potential here.

Please explain how you get to £12.5m ...presumably you have some further workings to demonstrate that you haven't just plucked that out of thin air. Show the full calculation here. Also....production has not been 'promised'. It is an aim, target, aspiration. Greg doesn't do 'promises' in the most literal sense of the word. Read and listen to every word of every communication....show me where it has been. 'Promised'

Depends whether the BoD think they've made any mistakes over the years to learn from. Bear in mind the fact that the man in charge has taken approaching half a million quid in wages, shares and 'fees' (acting as co sec) for the past 5 years but has arguably delivered nothing but dilution and false promise to retail investors in return. Add to that all of the other corporate cronies with their noses in this respective trough and think about the several million quids worth of paper that's been converted into cash in their pockets and I'd say they've enjoyed a thoroughly successful few years and made no mistakes whatsoever. The likes of me who have gone to out to do an honest days work day after day, grafted my blx off and handed that cash over to support the lifestyles of the likes of them have made the mistakes. seems that endless cycles of fund raising and delivery of nothing constitutes success here not failure. but keep spinning it that bambi and I are bitter and deluded and that this lot are on the verge of transformation and hopefully you'll convince a few more people to make a mistake and help you transform your worthless paper into their cash in your pocket. You'll be long gone and onto the next PoS to do the same before they realise the mistake they've made
